Tony Reed
The horn is a K260... quite a bit bigger that the K401. Tony
colterphoto1
That is the third of four sections of the MCM1900 stack. 4x K55 drivers into a manifold then loaded into that mammoth horn. Here's a link to a thread with photo of the entire system as owned by our own Greg924S http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/thread/674534.aspx
Kriton
Wow, that is nuts... What would something like that sound like? Isn't that MCM what that guy on Ebay was selling a while back that was like seven foot tall and in unfinished birch? Good grief! Can you still buy these new? colterphoto1
The low end are still part of the Klipsch professional Theatre series. The rest of the stack has gone by the wayside. I have also seen this stack at Hunter's place in Indiana. A guy in Orlando recently sold 4 of the double bass bins and about 6 industrial LS for like $5500- I was sorry to miss out on that one. The bass bins were also available in single 15" configurations. The birch finish was pretty rare for the whole stack, most were a black industrial finish, with or without the edging.
