bigyank Posted September 26, 2006 Share Posted September 26, 2006 Today, I was getting ready for fall and figured I would take my SA-3's off their mounts and clean them up. Well I couldn't believe it, they had about 2 cups of water in each speaker! The amazing part is both were still operational! I have had mine for 5 years now without incident. It is a shame that Klipsch no longer manufactures this model with the 8" bass reflex cabinet (which is how the damn water got into the speaker in the first place!). Anyone else run Klipsch outdoor speakers? I plan on repainting the cabinets on mine over the next week with Krylon Fusion paint.
