"saucer" controller turns off seconds after turning on

Any one have any suggestions regarding a "saucer" controller that turns off moments after you turn it on? The sub's fuse is okay. I've verified the sound works on all speakers and the sub.

I contacted support@klipsch who, at first were ordering me a replacement "saucer", only to find out months later the units were no longer available and I'd be receiving a refund.

I am struggling here on how to get the unit working again. Any suggestions (ie. refurbished, repair options, etc).

Thank you!
