Each output transformer in the Gaku-On amplifier takes 500 hours to make - about three months. Other parts are made with similar obsessiveness. I could not help to notice that the seller is in the UK, like most of the scammers on ebay. Just a thought. Most $$$$ gear seems to go at about 1/2 price after a few years; further reduced for the age and I guess you come out to 60k. So let's see: 250k for amp, 100k for the matching pre, I think the DAC is about 35-40k, fancy Kondo KSL silver speaker wires, power and ICs at I'm just gonna guess 10k, and your only at about 400k without a transport or speakers.
