smythe
First things first, I would like to thank al of you for your posts........ because of them I purchased my Klipsch set up. I bought the rsw 10 from vanns.com because it was dirt cheap @ $449.99 & free shipping. I've had it for 6 weeks now and I'm hearing a rattling/popping nosie coming from the front woofer (Passive). Has anyone experienced this? What should I do?
thxsubwoofers
At first my Klipsch RSW10 had a ticking sound coming from the front woofer. After a while, the ticking sound went away. It just needed some time to break in.

sivadselim
Are you certain it's not the front grill vibrating? Are you certain it's the passive radiator that's rattling? Because it really doesn't move that much; at least not like the rear driver. Have you checked to see if any of the screws around the passive radiator need tightening? smythe
I took the front grill off. Yes it is something in the front that is rattling it coming from the passive radiator. I have tightened all the screws. I want to buy one more because my basement is 15' x 30' and one is not enough, but I won't get it until I know the deal with this one. Should I send it into klipsch?
