Bigger Bang......

Recommended Posts

If you really want the Rolling Stones video experience, check out Rolling Stones at the Max if it comes to your town. It's a 1991 concert recorded in the IMAX format and it's practically better than being there, what with the super video and audio resolution and the cameras being able to fly in close enough to show what brand of cigarette Keith is smoking, then back to the back of the hall to show the whole stage.

It played here at the IMAX theater in 2005 for nearly six weeks and was sold out almost every night.

I saw it in Baltimore. It was great.

Disc 3...some more songs, and a few Duets.....Eddie Vedder, Bonnie Raitt, Dave Mathews......Eddie Vedder, great stuff.....Another good disc

What about the 2006 SuperBowl halftime show? I thought it was pretty exciting with all of those people hiding under the undulating lips.

OB,

We haven't you seen this excited in a while. You better be careful....this may be hazardous to your health.[;)]

P.S. I like The Rolling Stones too!!!!

The only thing that got me fired up more, was getting the Scott. The Stones are old Pro's, and time is not on their side, So you must enjoy what they do now, while we can.............I just love DVD's of Concerts, and to get the DTS dailed in, it's like being there. I have seen the 40 licks Tour, My first time seeing them, and the Bigger Bang Tour, in a local arena, LOCAL.....So, I don't need to see them again, but will buy the DVD's............As far as hazardous to my health.........No worse than Halter Tops and short shorts in the summer......I'm an Old Dawg...........EH !!!!!...[&]..[:$]

oldbuckster, may I share with you? I first saw the Stones in Baltimore in 1964. I have seen them in Baltimore, DC, <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Philadelphia, Cleveland, and NY. Nuff said.

Hey Guys, It's Only Rock and Roll, and the Stones are just one piece of the Ol' Rock n' Roll Puzzle.....Roc, I'm never going to be closer to them, than when in Albany, the stage went out to the floor, maybe 10 rows away....It was a thrill to see them in,at best, a 15,000 Arena, less than 1 hour from home............I will admit, if given the chance to see them at Madison Square Garden, the greatest stage in the world, where they rightfully belong, I probably, no, I would go................Haven't gotten to the 4th disc yet..............What can a poor boy do..............

No, you definitely will go.

After all you might run into the Parachute Woman.

Any group that has lyrics like "I can see that you're fifteen years old, but I don't want you're ID" you just know has to be good.
