Saturn5 Posted October 3, 2007 Share Posted October 3, 2007 It should do the job. When I got my RF-7s, I was running them on a 20 year old Pioneer VSX-5000 receiver and they sounded good. Once I added a QSC amp, even still using the Pioneer as a pre-amp, they really came alive. It was an amazing improvement. But I certainly wasn't "roughing it" with just the receiver.
