I bought a Windy Willy fan off Ebay and I could hear it running a cross the room at low listening levels so I looked in to a new 3 wire PC fan. The 3rd wire was for the speed sensor that I will not need. Will be using a 5 speed 12V DC transformer and the new fan I bought is silent. It's labled S-Flex model SFF21F (high speed).
