When reading these articles a thought came to my mind "but why can great sound be achieved with passives?" - I don't think anyone is saying that it can't. Some people are just sharing that even better sound can be achieved...and the difference isn't exactly trivial.

Why do some people reject some of these concepts when they are easily identified during blind ABX testing, yet will argue the possible audability of some of the most exotic tweaks that are yet to pass a blind ABX test?
