doctorcilantro
Parts Connexion offered me 15% off for 5 fuses; 2A & .5A slow-blow 5x20mm. Maybe we could get a batch order going a save more...if anyone's interested. I guess I'd take hold of the order and ship out the indivdual batches. http://www.partsconnexion.com/Index/hi-fi_tuning.html DC
ZAKO
There is NO such thing as a Hi Fi fuse.... No sonic signature. Save your money.
doctorcilantro
But they're directional too! Maybe you had them in the wrong way....LOL I thought it would be worth trying; I've read enough comments to warrant that. Touchy subjective area I know....looks like no one here is interested anyway. Maybe I'll finally get Dean to mod my RF7 crossovers. DC
ZAKO
BUT ARE THE FUSES IN THE SIGNAL PATH??????
doctorcilantro
They are in the AC path, I don't pretend to know any more. People claim to hear differences in power cords in certain setups on certain devices. Eletrically it should make no differerence which direction a fuse is inserted yet people claim to hear a difference. I wonder if they switch the fuses themselves or A/B/X them. http://forum.audiogon.com/cgi-bin/fr.pl?ymisc&1152917695&read&3&4&5 DC
