Klipsch ProMedia Ultra 5.1 Speaker problem

I have the Klipsch ProMedia Ultra 5.1 Speaker System (http://www.klipsch.com/products/details/promedia-ultra-5-1.aspx) for my computer. It connects my computer to my subwoofer via three 1/8" cables, and then the other speakers connect via the subwoofer. There is also a controller for adjusting the volume of Rear, Center and Sub channels. The problem is: I only get sound out of the subwoofer. The speakers don't play anything. I've tried different variations in my audio setup. I've made sure the cables are all in the right place, but I still get nothing out of the satellite speakers. Any ideas? Things to troubleshoot? Thank you in advance.

It's most likely the BASH chip on the amp for the satellites. Their is the ProMedia 5.1 Forum. A ton of threads on this issue. One solution seems to be http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/t/90312.aspx otherwise you can try and call Klipsch and have them fix it, if they still offer the service, or a guy named Elliot might offer the service to replace that and more(can't find threads right now).
