royhendo Posted May 9, 2008 Share Posted May 9, 2008 my left image bud has, as I say in the title, died. my ear must have still been wet from the shower, and before I realised, the sound disappeared. it's now 3 days later - they're sat drying on a shelf, and while you can just about hear something from it when the volume is full blast, it's essentially silent. so - how long should I wait? am I doing something wrong? Guest BobG Posted May 9, 2008 Share Posted May 9, 2008 I know of a case where Image phones stood in water for more than 24 hours then ran through a dryer cycle....and still work fine. Don't ask me who or how and I do NOT suggest you replicate this treatment. I tell you this so you know there is hope for your phones. Don't give up on them.
