kaiSquared
Hi everybody ! I just bought a pair of Klipsch Custom-1 from Amazon -- and I must say I'm quite happy with them, although I find the bass to be a bit lacking compared to the excellent medium and high freq --, and I wanted to register so that I can have the extra pairs of ear gels. I currently live in London and I'd like to register my French home address, but the form requires the entry 'State/Province/Territory' to be filled, which doesn't really makes sense in my case. What should I do? I think it would be a good idea to dynamically modify the form according the customer's country. This aside, I also wanted to know a bit more about the product warranty. Since I don't live in North America, the manual tells me to contact the dealer who sold the headphones (Amazon.co.uk in my case). Do you know if the warranty would still be ensured by Klipsch? Thanks a lot.

Moderators Amy Posted June 9, 2008 Moderators Share Posted June 9, 2008 The warranty will actually be honored by the place of purchase (Amazon), but do contact us if you have problems. And yes, you can get the free ear gels of your choice by registering the product at Klipsch.com! Thanks!
