I was planning on getting the SB-3's but I made the mistake of listening to the RB-5 and RF-3. Now I can't go back. I would like to keep my center but I'm concerned if they'll sound right together. Also, I need new rear speaker so will I be OK with anything less than the refernce series in the back. I do enjoy 5CH stereo alot if that makes a difference. CO1nf Posted February 24, 2001 Share Posted February 24, 2001 I would get the RC-3 to go with the RB-5 or RF-3 because it is more important that your mains and centre match. It would be nice to have the RS-3 for the rear but if money is a problem then I would up grade the SS-1 later on because matching the surrounds is not as important as matching the mains and centre.
