Dont have any audio buddies around here, but I'll find someway to test everything....just sucks, first sub and I cant even use it
Thanks for all your help m00n
I just had to change the input settings, because i'm using analog, but I can put it to sub, or no sub, makes no difference.
As for the sub itself, I have a nice line running from the Sub out on the reciever (purple one), to the Line in on the subs amp, and with the power on, i get a green light.
Just got the sub today, I know its not the problem since when I play some test tones, all the bass goes directly into the mains.
It MUST be a setting or something, but I cant find it for the life of me. Sent an email to HK, and put a post on AVS forums.
Alright, this nonsense is REALLY starting to piss me off.
I tried digital connections, analog, some bass test tones, music, movies, mains at large, small, everything.
No matter what, the HK will NOT send a signal to the sub.
I know this is the wrong section, but it'll probably get more views here.
Im trying to set up my new PB2 ISD, I have 2 RF3IIs and an HK AVR 520 reciever, however no matter what I do I cant get anything to come out of the sub...is there any sub + stereo mode I need?
Thanks
Hehe, I'd be careful with the stuff you got, a lot more expensive than some puny Rf3s
I myself didnt have anyone over, parents did, I myself am only 17.
Actually 1 last quick question, what would be best to clean a small greasy finger stain off the cone? Im not exactly sure what would hurt/harm the material.
Seems yesterday some little brat decided it was a good idea to touch my Rf3, now one of the cones has a nice dent in it...
Just curious, what would it cost to replace this from Klipsch? And would it be hard to install?
Note to self...hide speakers in closet when anyone is over.
Now now, I wouldnt go so far as to compare them to Bose! Bose is overpriced and crappy sounding, atleast MC is pretty good quality, as overpriced as it may be at some places Nice HT btw.
