I'm looking to get another Sub, for a 2nd audio room. I am currently using a Paradigm pw-2200. My local dealer sells mostly paradigm and some klipsch so I dont have any means to test diff subs. Anyone know how the RSW-12 or 15 sound compared to the pw-2200, or are there any other nice subs out there that compare to the pw-2200. I use my sub for music and movies. Any info would be helpful....thx

I'm sure you could get a nice chunk for the forte IIs and Academy. If you decide you want to sell them I may be interested,as im always looking for nice heritage speakers(you can never have enough heritage speakers LOL). I never knew how much the Academy sold for untill recently, or even how much it sold for new. I aquired my(Academy) in a package deal in Germany(Army Wheelin and Dealing). 2 Chorus IIs(med oak), Academy(med oak), Denon PRA-1500 preamp/POA-2400 amp for $2300.00 back in 94.

That is incredible, lol An Academy center just sold on ebay for $675.00. What was the retail on them back in the day like 300.00 something. WOW LOL im still in shock. Those things must be in major demand.

I was thinking of putting them all together for a 7.1. chorus IIs(fronts) hersey IIs (rears) KLF-C7 (rear center) Academy(front center) paradigm pw-2200 (sub) any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated, or possible substitutions ect......
