[] Thank you!

The boxer was beautiful. I also like this one where Verizon customer support can't comprehend the difference between .002 dollars, and .002 cents. Math Fail.
OMG! That actually made me angry...

When I graduated from highschool in 1970 I asked for only cash gifts. Then I went out and bought an Accutron like this one except that it had a metal band. It must have been the lowest priced one.
It was to me a beautiful watch. Accuracy was beyond anything else in the day. It made an intriguing hum.
In 1977 I was bicycling on Lake Shore Drive -- it had a sidewalk back then with curb cuts -- and had a bad fall. Eventually I got back to the IIT dorms and discovered the watch was missing. I went back to the scene and didn't find it.
In about 1991 I was buying an airline ticket at Midway Airport. The young man behind the counter was wearing an Accutron Astronaut. It seemed a bit incongruous. He explained that his uncle wore it though Viet Nam and gave it to him. There must have been a very interesting story attached to that Astronaut.
Watches are passed along on male lines at least in the old days. It is a shame that they are not recorded better..

I always wanted one like this. Almost bought one on a flea market in San Francisco ten years ago, but at the time it was too expensive as I needed the money to travel.

OMG! Don't panic and always bring your towel! Let's just promise ourselves that if ever this forum is in dagner we'll rise again on "The Klipsj forum" or something... Fingers crossed.

Nevermind my weird homor. Sometimes I have these images in my head (thank God no voices []) I'll be receiving my first I-phone soon, but whenever funds are there, the Ipod Nano looks best choice for sports. That would be my choice. 16 GB is a lot of jogging, even lossless. Small, cool touch display. Greetings, Tim.

Hey, I just had a brilliant idea. Why not put a game on the forum, where members can shoot eachother with test tones through Klipsch tweeters, causing lethal earbleed? Solves arguments and may eliminate flame wars? ...
Maybe not. [:#]

" Hold my beer and watch this! ".
Those are beautiful words, especially on Christmas Day! Cheers everybody!

Best wishes!

"Come stateside some day and I'll hook you up with some pure unadulterated funk, unlike that watered down stuff they serve up on the Continent".
Thank you, I'd honestly wished that, even though I'm not exactly sure what I would encounter. Well. Who Knows?

I am so jealous that you saw Professor Funk live!

Hi there and welcome to the forum. Klipsch heritage is efficient for sure. Yet... We like them, but it's not everybody's favourite. Please look into the possibility of listening to them at your home for a period of time. Cornwalls are great, but La Scala's or Khorns are, well. Maybe do a search in the archives, if I remember correctly, some posts here are written about the latter two. []

Exactly. Great score. I've been looking for a decently prized Blue Box for a long time. Wow! What kind of pressing is it? British, Dutch, German, etc?

Happy Birthday! It's also my mother's. She reached 82 today! [] [^]

Time and phase alignment? Does that mean digging up threads from the past and continue like nothing has happened since? [O]

Wow, congrats!

An unforgettable night with a forgettable band! Who were they?

You and I are so much alike! Here's a project I recently completed. Note the "modern" use of corrugated steel with bold graphics as an architectural element. Much like Wright's Marin County building, this one is not in the meadow, but of the meadow. And getting more so every day.
Hello, exactly 13000 posts!!! A beautiful house this. We could exchange houses after all! I'd love to timeshare with you! The only backdraw is the planeticket... Where is this?
