Here's a sketch of one method of making the flared top and bottom of the horns.
The jig could be attached to a hole in the back of the laminated boards or to a seperate piece attached to the work bench.
Either way the jig would pivot around the rear bolt allowing for the curved face to be cut with the router.
The jig would be shaped in such a way that the distance maintained from the workpiece would cause the correct curve to be cut.

How dare you use my beloved ducks, behead them and use them in a speaker project!

If your set can pick it up this way. A radio should be able to pick it up as well. Would be fun to find out exactly which freq and station...

I must say I am intrigued... and a bit worried as well. And if you are leaving us indeed, sad too. Keep the wind in your back, man. Cheers, Tim.

How many of you are here that know me from back in the day. Hope to hear from you all soon.
Looks like he got his wish.
That made me laugh! Now, as I said in the other thread. Let us focus on the good in the forum and talk about music and gear again. Let this thread dissappear soon... Until he's back again... Welcome indeed. But should pay his debts, or at least make an effort and contact. Over and out. Tim

As usual very wise words Mr. D. I too hope that CTP will find the strength to repair his karma. For me... I have already said goodbye to the funds I helped him with and learned another lesson. This does not mean it is ever over. He will owe me till he repays as agreed. For us: Let's get this behind us and focus on good music and the good of the forum. We can always ressurrect this thread again if CTP pops up again in two or three years. Tim.

Hello all! That was surprising again to see him return. He has not been in touch with me. I have probably chased him away again. I sent him a pm to ask him to pay his debts. Like last time he popped up. Tim.

Wow! That must have been some equipment. Very cool! BTW, what kind of audio equipment is on this bike? Tim

A broken heart is so very hard to heal....
My best wishes to you, Trey.
I agree. This is one of the most painful experience humans have to deal with. Partial amputation of the soul. Only time and/or another soulmate can fill the void. It will take some time though. Hang in there Trey. Friends and exercise helped me through. You will make it too!
Tim.

Hi Joe. I use the 834P Deluxe, which you may know. What's your take on it? What I've heard is the Blue Amps. Now they are detailed and still smooth man! http://www.blueamp.de/

That is so cool! From a collector's point of view, keep it as is ofcourse, but wouldn't it be great to have it working as new? Probably all the electronics except the transformers need to be changed. Wow!

Better than transistor.Jesus what a smart ***.
Do tube amps like Mcintosh mc 75 and the like really sound better.

My speakers are too small, because I live in the doghouse of the left one. The right one is squatted...
I don't care how it sounds,
