If the sub still works, but makes a rattling noise when played loud, then it's most likely the dust cap. If so, try to glue it so that there is no air leakage.
I have a Klipsch LF-10 sub, and I'm thinking about maybe selling it to buy a RW-12 sub. I have no problems with my LF-10, I was just wondering if updating to the RW-12 be an improvement?
Thank you for your imput in advance.
I'm getting some distortion that I believe is coming from an air leak. How can I find out where the air is escaping from, and what would be the best way to seal it?
