  1. Potential landmark case in the making on medical marihuana. Insurer says it shouldn't have to pay for medical marijuana http://flip.it/rFnhis
  2. Interesting lawsuit related to audio products. Apple's Beats headphones are 'shoddy,' says lawsuit http://flip.it/Q7oLFY Or https://www.cnet.com/news/apples-beats-headphones-are-shoddy-says-lawsuit/
  3. Because some people can't master the art of twirling long strands with a fork and spoon and they ruin too many shirts?
  4. Why does bier seem to taste better when it comes from a stiefel?
  5. Why do I recognize that brand name? Has that been sold in a particular region or stadium for a long time? I seem to recall having in back in lates 70s.
  6. Michael Dell has given 41 million to Hurricane relief, thus far. Hurricane Relief concert tix go on sale this afternoon. Willie Nelson and Paul Simon is who I have heard so far.
  7. Does anyone have the coffee maker that has a compartment for whole beans that automatically grinds the coffee and then brews it? I need to see if thos worked well and if there were any issues.
  8. Really? I think you might want to take another look at that sequence of events. Argued? I respectfully disagree. I have responded to questions and corrected misinformation. Christy and I never argue with one another, she is usually always right and I just do what she tells me. Hopefully, everyone will want to give it a rest so this thread can get back on track. If there are any remaining questions they can be made by PM to Christy or Chad.
  9. I'm not going to discuss anything in a PM. You can PM him all you want to. He doesn't want to take you up on your suggestion to move on, shows how much respect he has for you and poor tarheel's thread. If they only knew what a thread it was hanging by.
  10. Gosh I thought my memory was really going bad, because I could have sworn you posted photos in this thread, and I could have sworn at least one of yours had nothing to do with Klipsch, and had a gal with no bottoms on. No Klipsch ad, just a gal looking at her Beatles album. Do you really want to stand by that statement that you didn't post anything [or are you going to be clever and say you were just referring to gal in the yellow shirt?]. You do realize that the moderators can still see them right?
  11. You don't want to call me disingenuous, that is your one and only warning on that. And "of course" they wouldn't. All one needs to do is look at their advertising over the years and it is pretty apparent that Klipsch and Associates or its successors had nothing to do with those photos, of course you are forgetting to mention the one with the Khorn, and the one with the gal with the cup of coffee in her underwear, and the . . . . It isn't censorship, it has a special meaning, and it isn't even close here. Why do you keep coming back to this? If you have a problem with the photos being removed, or the Rule they were removed under you can take it up with Chad.
  12. I think that was answered as well either in this thread, or the other one about the missing threads. Go back and take a look. I think "context" is the operative word you are looking for. Keep in mind there were about 20 photos posted in this thread of women in everything from their underwear to nothing at all. It wasn't one photo. If it is bothering you that much you can send a PM to Chad, he said he would be happy to answer any questions.
  13. Who has the "Put the screws to it" ad with Bo in it?
  14. No, whether it was a Klipsch ad. I think Christy and/or Chad explained above why it was removed.
  15. Let me help you. So how does KGI using slogans in the 2010s talking about " pissing off neighbors", "No bullshit", stop buying "crap" relate to whether Klipsch might have created a photo ad in the 1970s?
  16. I got that part, the part I didn't understand was that by using those slogans one can infer that they would have done the yellow shirt ad.
