look the wires that come with the 4.1s are just speaker wire. Just buy some more speaker wire and connect them to them remember though to keep the negative and positive the SAME on each wire to each speaker.

SOUND BLASTER LIVE 5.1. I had one of these cards for like 4 years running my 4.1s and man i loved it. I would totally recomd the sbl IMHO

as far as software goes no. You can change crossovers or how the midrange drivers is gonna sound with software. You can color over it VERY little but most of the time YOU want know a diffrence at all.

Well first off are u talking bout getting into the speker like in the magnet part? If thats the case sorry there is no way. If theres a rattle in it the coil is going bad it will eventually quit on you. If it was me i would call klipsch and tell them what the problem is and how much they would charge me to fix it.
