  1. My system is below. I was wondering if RB-10s are a good speaker for rear surrounds.
  2. Damn, and I just got the Outlaw LFM-1 too!
  3. Nice! Let us know how it sounds.
  4. I already upgraded from the RB10 to the RB15 to the RB25s. I can't afford to go any higher.
  5. Because I use my system for about 80% movies, I'd have to replace a lot of speaker wire. Not only that, I might not even notice a difference. I think I'll just stick with my current wire. I bought it from Blue Jeans Cable so I think it's not all that bad.
  6. Should I bi-wire the left, right. and center speakers or just the left and right?
  7. I'm kicking around the idea of bi-wiring my RB-25's. If I did, I may have blue jeans cable make a pair for me. I don't know if it'll be worth it since I don't have high quality equipment. Can anyone look over my stuff and let me know if it's worth it or not?
  8. ---------------- SVS PB1-ISD vs. Outlaw LFM-1? here --------------- That wasn't really a comparison to the PB1-ISD
  9. Nice. I need to try that 20Hz tone with my Outlaw. I wish I knew how the two compaired.
  10. Would these be good speakers to use for rear surrounds for my system? Or is it better to move the RB-25's to the rear and use the KG 2 as the mains? Or should I not buy them at all?
  11. I think you will like it. I know I like mine
  12. I agree. I would really like to see how they are side by side. There is a LFM-1 vs. PB2-ISD though.
  13. Got it in yesterday. I found the sweet spot (between the TV and the left-front speaker). A little auto-calibration of the Denon, and I was up and running. First thing I played was the Darla chapter in Nemo. Totally rocked the basement. I played it like 4 times. Next up was Star War Episode 2, that too was awesome. Good sound, Nice design. Worth the money!
  14. Should be here on 9/16. Can't wait! Just in time for Star Wars.
  15. I bought The Punisher last week and that's in Dolby Digital 5.1 EX. What does that mean?
  16. Money is tight. That's why I'm considering the RB-15s. Actually, my whole system is a budget system relatively speaking. 2 RB-15's will be cheaper than 1 RC-3 too.
  17. How's this... RB-25 Front RC-3 Center RS-25 Surround RB-15 Surround Back The RB-25 in the back appear to be to big to be placed in the upper corners so I will not move up to the RB-35's in the front. The RB-15's look like a good fit. I'm buying my Outlaw Audio LFM-1 on Wednesday!
  18. thank you. I'll either get some RB-35s and move my 25's to the rear or buy RB-15s for the rear.
  19. I bought the Denon AVR-2105 surround receiver and I already have speakers for a 5.1 setup so I need rear speakers. Should I get 1 rear center or 2 surround rears? The AVR-2105 specs are 7.1 A/V Receiver with Dolby Digital Surround EX, Dolby Pro Logic IIx & DTS ES Discrete 6.1
  20. How would the LFM-1 compare to the P1B-ISD? They're close in price.
  21. SVS recommended the PB2-ISD for my room size (14x24x8) but that $899 + $100 shipping price tag is a killer. I think the Outlaw Audio LFM-1 is going to have to do. I've een reading reviews and it doesn't seem to be that bad. Can anyone comment?
  22. I picked up the Denon AVR-2105 on Friday and used the auto set-up function. Very quick and easy only thing is that it sets my RB-25's as large and I dunno why. If that's the case, you would think it would see the RC-3 as large too but it doesn't.
