I'm planning to replace K-53 diaphragm for my heresy II. but I couln't figure out how to do it. since I can't open the back of the speaker. Could you tell me how to do it? thanks~

thanks for the all postings. Could you tell me how to take out the network, I tried once but I can't take it out from the back, I unscrewed all screws at speaker connector but network circuitry seems bigger than the hole. BTW what if the distortion is due to the diaphragm, where I can get the diaphragm? thanks again

I can't open the back. this is the file that I recorded from the heresy. you will here the distortion that I'm taking about. I recorded this sound my amp set to 0 bass and 0 treble. the other speaker does not have distortion. please give me any suggestion or soliution for this problem. thanks. heresy2.zip

Now I think the mid-range is the problem. I say the sound from the mid-range is like some weird vibration at high volume. Is it still diaphram problem or the network? because I've read some of old post about diaphrams. most of their symptoms are no sound at all. am I right? anyway the sound is still out from the mid. but distorted. How to take out the mid-range from heresy2. I can't disconnect the midrange from the speaker... Please help me out Newbie!!! thank you in advance

Is it probably the tweeter problem? not the network? tweeter is weaker than midrange? and could you tell me how to change the tweeter diaphram? what will happen that broke? and what diaphram should I use for my heresy2? my problem is one of the speaker is sound like echo or vibration. sorry about so many questions. I'm so Newbie.

my heresy2 speaker's sound is just wrong all of sudden. only one speaker's ,I think , the high or mid range speaker is sound not right but I'm not sure which one is wrong. I changed the speaker cable of the amp, but sound is the same. So I think this is not my amp's problem. I don't have this problem , when I listen it at lower volume. Could you help how to fix or change the network?

I have a harman kardon 430 receiver. Its lamp on the radio needle(?) is out. Where can I get this lamp? newbie needs advise..... by the way hk430's sound are great~
