I have 2 sets of cables that I have been using. I never really a/b'd them before until tonight and yes and did hear a difference. I compared my Outlaw IC's with my Silver IC's and had them hooked up for 2 channel only. What I noticed is that the Outlaw's were brighter. Not harsh but maybe if I turned it up a little it would be. The silver IC's were similar but not as bright. Then I had my wife listen to the difference(she did not know which cable I was using). She also can hear at higher frequencies than I can. She basically said the same. She liked the silver's better and thought they had more dynamics too. I wish I can find the guy on audiogon I bought these from, they were about the same price as my outlaws but I cannot find anymore, too bad, I need some more. My question is I thought silver was supposed to sound brighter and not the other way around. Can anyone explain this? It is very hard for me to hear a difference between speaker cable,I never tried silver, but I did hear a difference between these.
