  1. Hello everyone, These are 1983 HWO Heresy's (Serial Numbers: 151y707 and 151y708). I have original boxes, styrofoam, manuals, and receipt from 1983. These are in perfect, pristine condition with absolutely no faults to them. They sound as wonderful as ever as they have never been abused in the time that I have owned them. I can ship or arrange local pickup. Email me at JBlake377@hotmail.com. I will send pictues of everything that you desire of these speakers. We can also discuss price through e-mail. I really do not want to go through ebay and would rather someone enjoy these that will take care of them as much as I have. Thanks all, looking to hear from you. Blake

  3. I bought these from a local dealer a few years back. They still have original paperwork and advertising material with them. I should have pictures a lil bit later this evening. I bought for $800, so I thought I would try and go for that. These are in perfect working order and perfect condition. Email is jblake377@hotmail.com
  4. Here's one, if you have an email, i'll send you the others
  5. Hello everyone. I have a pair of 83 HWO Heresy's, 78 HWO Heresy's, and 79 Cornwalls in Walnut as well. The pictures in this post are of the 78 Heresy's. I should have pictures of others a lil bit later tonight. My email is jblake377@hotmail.com, so just email if you have any questions. I thought I would check here before taking them to ebay, I just really hate dealing with it. I'm looking for what I paid for these $500 for each pair of Heresy's $800 for Cornwalls All are in beautiful pristine condition, with original instructions manual and advertising material.
  6. Endover, how about you stop trying to take my thread over? I mean really!!! Hehe, just kiddin. I was wondering the same thing you asked about the Sony. I am actually going to buy it today. Thanks for the help guys, listened to my friends last night and for the money, you just can't beat it.
  7. Hello there everyone, Just wondering if the $450 RW-12 would be a nice upgrade over an SW-10 that I already own. Should I save my money for a high-end Velodyne or RSW?
  8. Hello everyone, I'm at a loss for the moment and I desperately need some expert advice. Let me just start off by stating what I have in my possession right now. 79 Cornwalls SW 10 Denon AVR 3300 Room 15 x 13 Scenario 1: Buy McIntosh C-29 and MC 2125 for 2-channel Audio(from the nice fellows at McIntoshaudio.com in Knoxville) with Cornwalls. Buy Quintet's for HT to go along with Denon and SW 10. I decided to go SS since I'm young and will be able to look forward to the bliss of Tubes when I have all the money in the world to blow on them one day. Scenario 2: Buy 2 pair of Heresy's to go along with Cornwalls, Denon, and Sub. If I do this, I will listen to music on the Denon. Price is not an issue in the decision process. Just need a lil guidance and heart felt opinions. Thanks, Blake
  9. Front = Cornwalls Center = Heresy Back = Heresy Subwoofer = SW 10 My room is 15 x 13. I live in a condo, so I won't be able to get volume to a great amount. Will the Denon 3300 do a good job of sound reproduction or should I look for something a lil bit better? I'm happy with it, but I just wanted to get ya'lls opinion on what I should do. I'm not against dropping a lil bit of cash. Thanks for any responses. Blake
  10. Thank you. So Bill, how are you liking the C 26? I'm looking at that one while also adding an MC 2125.
  11. I'm looking at the C 26-29 models and was wondering if I could hook my cd player up through the analog outputs? I know this is a crazy and stupid question, but hey, I want to know before I drop some money on it. Let the Flame's begin, hehe.
  12. I would say you could probably get a pair for 2-3k new, just depending on how bad someone wants to sell them. These will definetely shine with some rock music. Their bass may not be as low as some but you won't be able to tell. A subwoofer might add a lil, but i'd much rather prefer it w/o the sub
  13. Me personally I go.... McIntosh C-22 Pre-Amp (2) MC 275 *Mono-Block* Cornwalls
  14. Yeah, the 550 and 850 will be the final price on both. Taxes and Shipping included.
  15. Ok, I have a dilemma, albeit a good dilemma. I have a local dealer that has promised me a 2005 Pair of Heresy's for 850, unopened in Mahogany. While I also am looking at an HWO for 550 in great condition. Would that $300 difference be more than worth it? I would be taking a chance on the HWO seeing as how I am going to buy it off of ebay. I have a pair of 79 Cornwalls (CWO) so the HWO would match it a bit better. If it was ya'll, which would you choose. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks.
  16. Ok, just to clarify what I heard yesterday.... I called a local Klipsch dealer up yesterday. We were just talking about random things when the conversation switches to the Heritage line. His Klipch Representative is the one that told him about the La Scala / Belle hybrid. He also said that the Belle would be discontinued. There was no mention though of which the new hybrid might look like. For all I know, they could discontinue the name Belle, but make the new La Scala look more along the lines of the Belle. I will say this, b/c I have seen much specualation on this. There was no talk of Cornwalls going back into reproduction, though i didn't ask. So it's possible but I heard nothing of it. Anyways, sorry to stir up controversy, but Klipsch is definetely still into giving the Heritage Line the respect it deserves. If they didn't, they would not be combining and tweaking two of the greatest speakers to grace this green earth, just to please us elitist.
  17. Hello everyone, this is actually my first post, but this topic may be very important if it has not already been discussed. I was just talking with my local Klipsch dealer and it seems as though they are going to discontinue the Belle line for a La Scala/Belle Hybrid. It will still be called the La Scala though. This is just what I heard from him 10 minutes ago so don't shoot the messanger. I'm sure this has been talked about, but I just wanted to post it to let you know if you have not heard of this. I've been reading through the forums for a few weeks and I'm just thankful i've found a medium to take out my audio aggression on. Thank God.
