well there you go a little history and a little knowledge thats great info to me thank you

i was doing some reading and came across the paradigm refernce line of speakers. sounds like a klipsch "ref" rip off to me. who had it first????? has anyone ever demoed them before and are they better than the klipsch ref line? from what i read so far they are not as sensitive and seem to cost more than the ref line but they do have pretty veneer. cheers

i used to be interested in H/K but after hearing about all sorts of cheap build and reliability issues coupled with poor customer service i've decided to stay away from them

sorry guys, i meant receiver because i am planning on getting the rest of the reference series soon that match my rf-3's . i'd like to wait on the new ref line but i dont have the money for it. hopefully the new ref line will drop the ref 3 series costs. i'd like a new or newer reciever thats got all the tricks and opticals and digitals and what not on it so i can use it for a good long time for HT. But mostly i want it to power 2 channel . Thats where my heart is. in music not movies, but surround appeals to me for television

i need an amp for my rf-3's i want to get atleast 100 watts p/ch thru them. i also looking for SS , i dont kno much about tubes and i dont want to mess around with them. i was thinkin denon 3300 or a yamaha. if anyone owns these combinnations i'd like your input thanx andrew

can anyone define/tell what they feel harshness is from audio?
