  1. with the lights off i can not see my hand in front of my face.we have not purchased a projector yet.im leaning towards the panny 700.im gettin anxious to watch a movie in there.hopefully in a few weeks we will be watching boogey man or something scary.

  5. my lens in need of a cleanin.im out in the sticks with dial up .sorry for the bad pics.we have been working on this for awhile now.the room is about 20x15.we have a home made screen made from black out material.it came with drections for the frame. it was supposed to be 106", but bob the builder im not and it came out to be 110".the projector is the last thing i have to buy.im leaning towards the panasonic ae700.the reciever is a denon 3803.dvd is lg with upconvert through component or dvi.speakers are f3's,c2,s2's,b2's, and svs20-39 pc plus.ive listend to the police in dts and a few other tunes and i love the way it sounds. im not sure i hooked up the surrounds right for a 6.1 soundtrack.i have the speakers hooked up to surround a+b, and highlighted as such in the set up menu.there is a another hook up option that says back surround that will allow 2 speakers to be hooked up as well.im not sure if i have it right.ive looked in the manual with no luck.any advice would be apprerciated.ill put up some more pics.
  6. i have a denon 3803 surround reciever.i have looked at the manual, and i see no mention of how to hook up the speakers to get dd or dts 6.1.As i have it now, the two speakers are hooked up to surround b.the other option is surround back, which is also a second zone if wanted.in the set up of the reciever i have surround a+b highlighted.i can choose between a,b, or a+b.i wish i wasn't so confused.
  7. wow that was fast.the reciever, i have set a 60hz.im sorry for not clarifying that.do you think 80hz is the correct setting?
  8. hello. im new ,im new, i dont know what to do.ive browsed these forums for awhile now, and it looks like A great place to get help.i have just recently put togethar a surround sytem that consists of the klipsh f3's, c2, s2's, b2's, and a svs 20-39 pc plus.i calibrated it with the spl meter and i love the sound, but was wondering what i should set the cross over at. i have it a 60hz now but alot of reading on here and other sites suggests that 80hz is the place to be.
