I use the Marshall cane grill cloth. It seems to work fine and is quite durable.

I would use the 12" depth horn. No technical reason except the angle should be closer to the stock horn.

Does it come with a wood case? Do you know if any of the caps were replaced?

Now I understand your question. I believe these are spec'd for Cornwalls or Cornscalas only.

I used a plastic horn I got from Crites at the time. I now have a fastrac Cornwall which sounded fine.

When this was built about 10 years ago I asked to set it up for Ct-125 Crites tweeters, Atlas PD5VH squawkers and Crites cast woofers. Not sure of the exact crossover points.
