I connected some cheap RCA cables on the back.. the 5 dollar special ones or whatever they are... on my DV-45A to my multi channel inputs on my VSX-815K (Since I do not have more then two speakers I left the four surround and sub channels alone) so it's only connected to left/right on the input side. When I goto display on my Dvd remote.. it shows that it is infact playing or trying to play 192khz (only while in 2ch mode)

I mean the disc it self WILL not play in 2ch I already made apost about it not playing 2ch mode, and people agreed and confirmed my suspiscion that on the disc the menu for 2ch mode does not play audio... it just goes through the screens and makes no noise. Now can you guys please list me off a few good dvd-a or SACD discs that can play 2channel?

Hey everyone I recently Purchased Eagles Hotel Calif. in DVD-A and am loving the quality on the multi speaker set... the disc however does not work 2ch which is currently all I have. I am wondering if anyone can recmmoend good 192khz DVD-A tracks because I have yet to experience the full quality that DVD-A OR SACD has.

This is a really good movie, I just rented it and watched it on my small Klipsch stereo setup... The audio tracks on it are fitting and add too the mood of the movie and are well placed. As far as the covering of the racism bit goes, they did a REALLY good job... Goes too show how different cultures act towards anothers skin color and accent, They just assume that there doin somethin wrong when there really a good guy and should you have met them on different cirumstances a good friendship coulda been created.

every other DVDA disc w/ stereo tracks play except this one. Awesome.. so it's the disc itself and not my system/setup... good I am truly impressed with the quality of the audio in Surround mode, sure it's only 96 and not 192 but it's amazing 24bit audio is nice to hear. Can anyone else recommend good classic songs on DVD-A or SACD that are like hotel california?? Or like ACDC (I know metallica has a SACD but it's hard to get)... preferabbly if the audio comes in 192khz and is available at futureshop or online at futureshop.

I defintly like too see what this seller did as apposed too the questionable selling stratagey (albeit mostly if not compeltly non existant one that the other seller tried)... I enjoy seeing in depth photographs showing ANY and all things that could potentially be wrong with an object.... like say per example on autotrader someone posted a car with a generic picture, and another person posted one with like 10 or so pictures showing everything on the car or at least the problem areas. I would be 1000 times more likely to buy from the in depth photo lister then the generic one. As you can see an potential problems the car has and think of a remedy too em.

Awesome deal man. hope whoever you bought em from doesn't screw yah over like the one sale I'm dealing with now on the Evanescence Origin CD... of course your RF's are in your own town and doesn't state Shipping only too US (when i'm in Canada) but this guy has not contacted me at all yet and he has stated that I payed him... and my bank/paypal record shows that.

You guys CANNOT forget ACDC's drummer from the 90s Chris Slade who hammers on his 10 peice with enthusiasm (unlike Phil Rudd and his 5 peice)... Slade makes Thunderstruck and the Razor's Edge album come alive with Bassy goodness.

I have went through all the menu's (Initial Setup AND DVD-A disc menu's) and it still doesn't work, for the record I think that the 2ch output your thinking of only works or pertains too SACD's not DVD-A (The DVD-A options I found pertain too converting too PCM or whatnot which I have not) I'll verify and edit my post after supper.

Hey everyone, I have a DV-45A DVD player connected too a VSX-815K (using cheap rca cables). I have the Rca's connected from 2chan audio out into Front In (DVD/LD) on the receiver... and the sub/center connected too their corresponding places as well (I do not have anything hooked up too the front outputs on the 45-A only the 2ch out. When I play the source as surround using Hotel California's menu, it works and plays at 96/24 but when I goto 2ch (stereo) It doesn't play and the display shows 192/24.... Can you guys help me figure out the problem? At this moment I'm thinkin I have it wired up wrong or my receiver might not be able to handle the signal (DVD-A 192khz/24bit)
