  1. I will take the gear you keep the rack,LOL just kidding, looks great ,Ive always loved glass racks, and your rack is very nice with the rotel looks.
  2. I have been many places around the world visiting subwoofers, there are many subs that maybe very impressive but you must visit the bladder buster which happens to be the most powerful sub woofer ever produced in the world as seen at a large show as i mentioned to the Ear,heres a link to read about http://www.worldsbestspeakers.com/b_buster.htm.I heard this in a very large room must have been 100ft by 100ft,I couldnt explain the clearness and very head slamming rubble this true monster produces,It has 6 -12" drivers and a center 27" yes 27" rad.To compare this monster to any others would be a complete waste of time, made by Arus,And there are many more that this forum would never know about.Note- i am trying to go through my tons of cds with photos because i would like to show you some photos of the room and close ups of these drivers in the cabs,If i can find them i will try to up load some for you guys,
  3. Thank you Zealot125 for explaining to the unknowledgable that bash amps are not all built the same,Some here that posted think a bash amp are all the same.,they all use different internals.
  4. ther has been issues with the rsw 12 and the rsw10 amps that quit,i know of 4 from owners, and two from drivers failing, now they could have been just manufactures defects i dont know, klipsch handles replacement quite well and better than other comapnys i know of,As far as other rsw's subs i have not heard any more compaints so problems have been cleared up.
  5. Exactly, Little Paul tries to play the big cheese here. RSW subs amps going "poof" ,yeah right. All of my three RSW's work great.Spreading rumors of RSW amps failing is not good and Trey should lock nonsense away.RSW amps are as solid as the best I've owned and I own more subs than anybody here by FAR.Very far. Comprende? here he gos again bragging how many subs hes had as loaners.and owns 166 of them in a 12x12 room.
  6. Didya ever hear the SCS B4-plus crown K2 combo, huh, heh, heh, huh.........it ruined my house, so i dunno[:S] Yes my friend has this unit big bucks but a excellent sub that will move you,The ep600 wouldnt touch it for sure, But I heard the trinty signature def tech and you would need 2 of the SCS b4's to get the same spl and wouldnt come close on digging as deep and distortion free,The b4 would have problems trying to keep up with the reference let alone the trinty,And also i might add you need three of your buddy's to move the trinty in your place 175 lbs, Id rather move 175lb box that is a better quality product than a huge box like the b4 190 lb of all wood,LOL. As good as the Definitive Trinity Sig may be there is little chance it outdisplaces a B4-Plus with a proper 2KW amp.Dual 14" woofers VS four 12" woofers, four PR VS four ports. How much air does it move? VS the B4-Plus. Since the reviewers are whimps and nobody online has big subs to test A B besides me I will have to seriously think about purchasing these brutes in order to cut the hype. The trinty has Two 14" long-throw SuperCube Technology subwoofers coupled to four 14" infrasonic radiators , 2000 watts Digitally-Coupled Class D Amplifier,No distorted porting on this box like the svs,as you see and read again the trinty has 4 passive rads with two 14"drivers ,The svs has 4 12' drivers huffing and puffing out 4 ports mated to a crown amp, this is the setup i heard and by no means will come close ear ,i dont care what you have heard for subs and svs subs, your subs dont even come close to be called a sub unless you heard the reference or the trinty,Tight super low heart throbing bass and distortion free,You would need 4 hgs 18 velodynes in each corner of your room and then some and still wouldnt be deep as the trinty. The spl on the trinty will reach 128db or more at 20hz on the meter down to 14hz at 110,.How can you say any thing when you never get into and listen to big buck subs,i guess you heard a danley or contrbass as well ha ha,You have heard carver wow ,you have heard velos Wow and a few others,You think your the only one around that has heard a few subs,I have had more subs in my rooms built around the world as testers than you have seen in a few local stores around your home, and i dont take photos of my lowners and say i have owned them.,i hardly believe you own as you state to every one 15 or more subs in your little room. All my firends have nothing but very high end equipment we swap and then drop them as we go along. BLAH BLAH BLAH You cut copy and paste hoopla from Deaf Finitive website! Yeepee you are truly a scholar [<)] scholar of CUT COPY and PASTE. LOL Tell me little one what is the max linear displacement of each of the 14" woofers used in the Trinity Sig. ? If you do not have the answer you are simply Mr Cut Copy and Paste or Mr CCP. And what is the max displacement of each PR. You are a hero ear,but need to learn more,There are better people that no more and you can not take it and no i dont copy and paste its all info in my head of hundreds of subs i aditioned,as i speak my friends are killing them selfs laughing about how good you think you are.And also why do you like to cut up people that no a little more than your self,Is it not better to make friends and learn more or be the way you are,its your way i guess,
  7. Go try some real subwoofers and stop mentioning the same subs all the time as you do.
  8. ear here thinks hes the best i guess til newer members step in that are above him,I guess he just cant take it ,Ear i guess you have heard a bladder buster as well or others i could mention and you wouldnt have a clue what I am talking about until you look it up, ( i dont think you heard it like i have so),Ear has heard them all LOL.

I thought it was just 2 channel people who still say they don't use <30Hz. Think of it this way Bill. If my sub is an instrument that is used for everything below 80Hz and I don't think I need anything below 30Hz, I'm robbing myself of nearly 25% of material that is clearly recorded on music and movies (yes, both routinely go into the teens. Believe it or not. Many times it is those without subs capable of such feats who don't think they need the extension. If you don't routinely hear (feel) it then I understand your disbelief). That's not acceptable. If your RF-7's stopped playing 25% of their material you would call that unacceptable as well. For many people, the lowest octaves are some of the most important for their subwoofer. The realism obtained from actually feeling your music or movie into the subsonics is irreplaceable. I'm not saying one sub is better than the other. I am saying that the notion that subsonics aren't important is somewhat outdated. With the gear in your sig you are robbing yourself of 25% of quality! No matter how deep that toiletpaper tube of a sub reaches. [] I didnt see any toilet paper on all the tubes i borrowed for testing Hmm ..Is that an option from svs ?
  12. Ill take the water heaters by far,any 16-46+ /20-39+ or ultra would kill the rsw12 with ease, hsu is a music sub,vtf3 ,rsw is a music sub, svs is music and ht sub and tighter than all you mentioned.
  13. I dont know what the Klipsch KSW-15 is doing in there comparing to the others,LOL
  14. While testing the rsw 12 and 15 I found the same as you,Sounds like it likes to give up,I wouldnt even like to think of pushing these subs to the limit.I have heard plenty of problems with them as well, mainly the amps going poof,to much heat build up in the amps make them give up,really i dont think they are built to take a buse, and not worth the money either compared to other subs out there. If you can think of any subs that take a buse let me know,I only no 3 companys and its not velo either, velodyne high end subs amps have heat problems as well.
  15. Yes this one will definitive tech Trinity Signature,No problem !

You may want to look at these Killer subs as well,Definitive technolgy i heard the cube 1,2,3 and trinty, loud, very tight and deep,All of them work amazing for both music and HT but a little expensive for most. http://www.definitivetech.com/loudspeakers/subwoofers/subwoofers.html
  17. Well to be honest theres one sub that will be better than the AX is definitive tech Trinity Signature sub,Nice and tight how i like it and DEEPP !And yes this one by far will Eat the hgs18 for just a snack.LOL
  18. LOL the ksw 12 is ratshack material,I think he had the rsw15 hooked up with wrong settings in his receiver !
  19. Its only a 12 incher yes,What does that matter Did you hear it yet,LOL heres an other short review of an owner.I heard it my self and it does not come close to many others by far,go listen for yourself there are plenty of dealers in the us so there is no excuse. When you walk out the store door i bet you wll have the box in your hand if you have the money for one ! Review I have had the ep600 for about a month now and I think I finally have the proper placement/settings (for now anyway). Watched LOTR Fellowship last night to check for LFE and the results were, well, moving. So much in fact that it activated the motion sensitive Denon 4806 remote. I've not regretted my purchase...
  20. I heard the velo 18,It wouldnt come close,The velo is quick and tight but this sub hits you harder, kind of like some one smack you in the face,Like the company tells you and i agree after listening you must hear it and feel it for yourself.. .......The deepest, smoothest, cleanest loud bass you will ever hear For detached homes only! The 1812 is a different animal , it's my Holy Grail of subs . I was just jesting with the comment .Oh sorry i thought you meant the 18hgs,No i have never heard that model.

  22. As you noticed on their site its just a driver in a box and a large port out front,I heard the rsw15 and i have to say this one will eat it up,the driver is harder hitting and very quick responding .If i could a fford it I buy it,But its a little to much for me.
  23. A heard this sub and i have never heard a sub that comes close, listened to some music and watches part of a movie wars of the world to see what it could do.Just unreal !,My friends earth quake 12 wouldnt even come close, tighter bass abd it kicks you harder,I wouldnt ever buy PSB products,They are cheap and crappy customer service, paradigm are completely different but there subs are good but still wont be close to the ep600,With the ep600 Your legs move and i really didnt move them LOL.
