Years ago I needed to mount an air-core inductor on a speaker magnet.
I really didn't want to, but space dictated this choice.
I got out my trusty LCR meter (that had ESR), and measured it both ways.
No measurable difference (I would still have not done it if I had a better choice).
Coupling between inductors is something to worry about, if you have the room.

36 is not a standard value.
The original network use non-polar electrolytics, 10% types.
33 in a close tolerance film type is close enough.

Dairy cattle are a problem to butcher, milk everywhere (I worked in a slaughterhouse years ago, dairy cattle really kick when you run your knife through their udders, even though they have dead for quite some time).
They do make great hamburger though. The cheap hamburger is grass-fed from Argentina (and similar), and tastes horrible. When I worked for a hamburger joint as a teen we custom ground out own beef, 50% grass-fed mixed with 50% corn-fed to get a decent taste at a low cost.
Places like Mac and Dons (and other similar) use two different grades, the smaller hamburgers are made from the cheap stuff.
I believe pink-slime (ammonia processed) was a local invention (IBP).
McDonald’s, Burger King, and Taco Bell have all stopped using pink slime (which means they were using it in the first place). But that doesn’t mean all fast food places stopped using it. 70% of super market beef contains pink slime.
Personally, I think pink-slime tastes better than grass-fed.

The passive Klipsch mini-box mono summer works very well.

The K22 measured about a 10Ω minimum around 150hz in the pre-1985 Heresy. They had a huge impedance peak around 70hz, and rolled-off below there at about 12dB/oct (they were specified as being 5dB down at 50hz).

Particle-board, particle-board, twice as heavy and half as strong, particle board.
I have used 3/4" industrial particle board with 1/4" plywood glued on top, cheap, strong, non-resonant, looks good.
Trim the exposed edges with solid wood.

Don't really know.
I built a speaker for a church about 30 years ago using a pair of SP12B, they worked well.
The SP12 has an alnico magnet in a welded pipe structure, the SP12B has a ceramic magnet, so the K22 is most likely the SP12B.

Silicone is OK, as long as you wait a couple of days for it to stop out-gassing acetic acid (mil-spec varieties require a temp and humidity cure).

The disc is blue in this photo, and easier to work with (due to the long leads).

I buy whatever variety is least expensive where I'm at.
Shoo Goo comes with a couple of Popsicle sticks.
RV Goop is usually the least expensive.

It looks like a small yellow disc.
Just clip it out and run a small pieces of wire to the 211-2 (soldering required).

The early KG4 had a 0.9A PTC tweeter protection device.
It was too high of a current to protect the tweeter.
If you want to play really loud, I suggest replacing the PTC with a 211-2 automotive lamp.

Enlarging the first photo, I see a K600 metal horn with a K52H midrange driver.

The 2030 is limited to 3.5A peak current output, inadequate for a bridged amp of any voltage.
The schematics on the data sheet are suggestions, and not to be taken as a complete design.
