Also, I apologize to the people that are interested in the 4.5's. I have a new found love for these speakers after connecting them to my tube amp. Therefore I am keeping them for a while.

Eric told me to put them face to face 1/4" apart and hook them up out of phase, then run pink noise through them covered with blankets for two days.

Just messing with you, there might be some relevance to it, it was just the blanket thing that set me off.

 

I think the blanket thing is to keep peace in the abode.[]  Same with the out of phase and 1/4" dealie.

The bubinga is SW-EET. What were your listening impressions?

They are very transparent and the stage presence is awesome. My problem with them is they are a little too bright. I just need to break them in properly.

In fact, today I hooked them up with my new little Sophia Baby and I'm having second thoughts of selling them.

I have a pair of Bubinga 4.5 mint. Only used for 3-4 hours I'd be willing to sell for $280 + shipping guaranteed in new condition. I'm selling because I bought the Dodd preamp from Harry and I need to recoup my spending[:|]
