Consecutive serial #'s from 1989. Heresies have new crites titanium diaphragms for tweeter and new diaphragms for mid range as well as Crites rebuilt crossovers. (All done in last 6-9 months) I did a full brace job, stuffed the box with high density fiber glass as well as placed a f11 grade felt doughnut on the woofers spider to further help dampen the woofer. All this with much help and guidance from Moray James, which was greatly appreciated. See link below with my mods to cf4 to see more on how this felt doughnut is done and used. Heresies sound great, probably the best heresy II you have ever heard.... Vintage Marantz 2252b receiver. Some lamps are out, only imperfection on unit i know of. Unit is 100% original, no work done on unit. Unit sounds and looks great. Face place is MINT i would say, everything works 100% as is should. This unit was previously owned by Willland and finallygotmyheresies. It has been rack mounted since, never used or abused, and taken good care of. Sweet famous marantz warm sound. Serviced, cleaned and relamped what degree of service ? To answer your questions to the best of my ability... I took receiver to my local shop called Reflection Electronics here in Miami. I know people who have used them before and they do good work. Caps were checked and ones needing to be changed were changed, diodes as well. Unit was thoroughly cleaned with deoxit. Everything was inspected and cleaned and unit is running good. Person i bought this from took good care of unit and unit was barely used, he told me. He had bought it from original owner. Guy who did the work on the receiver said its one of the best and clean vintage marantz he has seen. Lamps that needed changing were also changed. Sounds really really good on my cf4's and heresy II. Comes with a 30 day warranty, which would probably be done or close to done when sold. Alex

Marantz 2330 for sale. Serviced, cleaned and relamped 4/9/15. Receiver looks and sounds great. AM Antenna on back of receiver is loose so antenna is being held up by a zip tie and one of the knobs in the front has a scratch on it (can be fixed or changed for a few dollars.) Everything else and faceplate looks great. Some say this is the BEST sounding marantz receiver EVER. Do some research. Powerful underrated 130 real watts x 2 at 8 ohms and classic beautiful warm marantz sound. Call me or text me for more info. Location Miami Fl. Unfortunately i only tried them on the short wall. The short wall is were my mounted tv is and it would have been impossible to switch things around to place khorns on the long wall. Plus furniture, doors, etc. I wish i could have tried though. Im sure they would have sounded better on the long wall as most people say they sound better this way. Alex

Let try this again. Going cheaper and with more new pics of internal guts. Fisher has been sitting in my closet collecting dust. My plan was to put in my bedroom with a pair of heresy II but i never got around to it AND i need the $ for a new project i am looking to build with my main system in living room. Fully restored by Craig at nosvalve eight months ago. Also purchased nosvalve life time warranty, which is transferable. (warranty was 250$ it self) There is a long story behind this fisher, to make it short, i sent it to someone to restore, when i received unit back i had to sent it BACK to Craig to finish restoring the unit. I purchased this unit to power khorns which are now SOLD. Trully hurts me to sell unit, i have been fighting it for months, hopefully it will go to a better home and get use. To say the least i have ALOT invested in the unit, much much more than my asking price. Please PM me for more info. Unit looks great and sounds amazing! Unit also has a mono RCA out put derived from center channel which can be used with a crossover for subwoofer or as see fit. This was done at nosvalve. I have bill of sale with all details on tubes replaced, caps, etc. Please email me with any and all questions and i can forward you the bill with details on the work done. The unit was completely restored, no corners cut.
