Thanks for the ear gels. I received them the end of last week. Tell me, if my Images last so long that I need more ear gels, and I hope they do, do you sell them seperately? Thanks

Feel'z like music in my head, that's it............just music in my head. Don't even feel the iem's. Just music in my head. But back to my other question, maybe you can answer. Where are my free ear gels? The two free pairs I'm going to receive for registering online. If you weren't going to send them you should not have included that little business card that said I would.

How long should it take to receive my two free pairs of ear gels for registering on line. It's been about a month, am I just too anxious? I'm loving these Image x10's. I love listening to music but it's been awhile since I've been able to. I had an accident with TBI resulting. Consequently I have to focus on whatever I'm doing in order to get it done, any distraction & I'm finished. You've heard the line "can't chew gum & walk" ? That was me. Happily things have improved so now I can listen to music & walk at the same time.These Image iem's double my pleasure.Thank you.

Will wonders never cease?? I've finally received my Image iem's!! Ordered from Amazon January 7th and just received today, February27th. OK, got that out of the way. These things are amazing!! I couldn't stop laughing while first listening to them. All these fit problems, cord noise, etc etc I've been hearing about. Took them out of the box, stuck them in my ears & voila, sound.........amazing sound!!! Compared to the earbuds that came with the i-pod, Ha! What a joke, no comparison, no comparison at all. Little transistor radio of days gone by to high end stereophonic sound of today! Lots of exclamation points here. Thats the way I'm feeling. Best purchase I've made in a very long time! Thanks to all who have assisted me. Well worth the wait.

Bill If I were a single guy and didn't have to suffer the wrath of "the wife", and of course if I could afford it I'd have ordered them from Klipsch long ago. Even at this discounted price I'm feeling a bit of guilt. Thanks for the update Amy. I'd hope Amazon would have ordered the Image's to fulfill an order that was placed back at the beginning of January. We shall see.

I wonder who is responsible for this ridiculous delay. Klipsch just doesn't get them the product? Or Amazon running the classic bait & switch, ......... but we have these available now if you dont want to wait. Seem's to me the wait is much longer than it should be. Again, I'll be surprised if they do show up in March. I'm tempted to just keep on re-odering them until they finally admit they never really were going to get them.

Amazon is a joke. I first ordered from them & ended up receiving something from "Buy.com". Amy told me they are not an authorized reseller so I sent them back. Next I ordered from Amazon.com, ascertained the order was indeed to Amazon & not a reseller. That all happened Jan.7th. I was told iem's would be sent between Jan 29 & Feb 6, so I waited patiently. Feb 6 I was told I'll have to wait to March 6th. I'm waiting.......not so patiently this time. Frankly, I'll be surprised if they show up March 6th. Not too keen on Amazon these day's.

Ok, I cancelled my order from BuyNow & went to the option below which is definately through Amazon.com LLC & purchased the Image iem's. Same price as through BuyNow (the fulfillment company). That was a pain but all's well that end's well. Actually it remains to be seen if this all turns out well. Could be I'll receive two pairs of Image's & be charged $400+. Hope that isn't the case. Should have been easier that this. Nevertheless, thanks to all who assisted.

So Amy, it isn't that "BuyNow" is just a fulfillment company for Amazon? I have to get them through someone else in order for you guys to stand behind them? I've already ordered them so please let me know asap. I'm probably stuck with them anyway. Hope they work ok.

The way I understand it is "BuyNow" is a fulfillment company for Amazon. So hopefully I'm covered. Since I've gone ahead & ordered it already.

Thanks so much for the reply. I went ahead & ordered it directly from Amazon.com for $212. Can't wait to get them. Funny, I was fine with the earbuds that came with the Nano 'til a friend had me listen to his Bose earbuds. I then realized I had to upgrade & started looking/listening around. I eventually got to try the Klipsch Custom 2 & was blown away. While researching more I discovered the Image & decided on those. Now the long wait until they arrive. Thanks for your help.

Bear with me, I'm new at this. I'm considering purchasing the Image earbuds. The price is pretty dear so naturally I've been shopping around. On Amazon.com I see there is a dealer named Z Electria selling them new for $200.00. Still pretty expensive but I can swing that. The question is will you still stand behind them. I understand they are very discounted but they are new in the box. Thank you
