Just saw new reference subs yesterday at local store... They were OK....in the main theater room they had non reference SW-115
Waiting to see what they come out with next. I have owned Klipsch all my life. I think I bought my first set Heresy's in high school ( the 70's)...then when I got married went to KG 5.5's
Then on to Reference series...don't get me wrong I have owned a couple of different Subs (Velodyne /SVS) but my main speakers have always been Klipsch. Started to drift back to Heritage.
Klipsch has always been to me anyway ( The American speaker company)...I realize the world has changed and almost nothing is made in this country any more.. (Sucks).
Where ever they are made I just HOPE they loose the black finish

Well Scrap if you go with Focal...They are nice ...I believe I heard them at something call Axpona audio show. This was a show of equipment to dream of. Nothing I could ever afford to buy.
Speakers like Magico...Laurence Audio...don't get me wrong I LOVE my Klipsch... But the at this show the Magico were truly amazing sounding....Just the way they are constructed is amazing
but I do need a roof over my head.... so ...

While driving home a few weeks ago... I noticed a garage sale and a very recodnizeable RSW10 box...30.00 Amp no good/ slight damage to rear....So any way ...Thinking about buying plate amp and reworking the back and moving active driver to front????

The test tone are designed to have -30 equal to 75 db at the MLP and the sub to roughly 73 db.
80.3 XT32 makes you turn subs down to 75 db before starting. I finish the calibration ...then I turn both up to 78/79 db..

Hope it sounds better than the umc-1 only took 29 years to finish.
I second that....kept waiting and waiting and finally ...it was a POS....Does this one come with an upgrade card???

I ran a ES DA4 for years...liked it... Changed to Denon to get auto calibration... hated it.. Gave the Denon to my brother in-law...Went back to the ES....then went separates.
Take a look at Pioneer Elite. My first impression was not so good....Then I heard again with a non Bose system....Nice

I owned one of these for years....loved it ..Only paid $400.00 new in the late 70's (remember the 70's)...Oh yea none of our do.

When I saw listing I thought it was a great price....I have 2 tvs that work fine....but a calibrated plasma for 6 bills...Kept thinking it would be worth a drive.
