I have both of those receivers I listed in the subject. I was wondering if I should run one as a pre amp. If so which one. Also How would I run one as a pre amp?
I was a student at New Mexico State University. I was in the Electrical Engineering program there. I received a scholarship from PWK's wife. In the lecture hall there are two Klipschorns. It was love at first listen. There is also a Klipsch museum at nmsu!
not really an option to sell the kg4 they hold some great sentimental value to me. I love the heresys but the kg4 has noticably better bass. I will try the weather stripping on the heresy then.
I have a denon avr3300, heresy I and kg-4. I am tired of the lack of the low end of the heresy and I was wondering if it would be a good idea to power both of the speakers with one terminal. sadly my receiver doesn't have a/b front speaker switching.
In a battle of clarity, bass depth, sensitivity, and what ever else. What do you think would win between the frankenstein and the king of klipsch?
I ask because I am either going to get a klipschorn or make a cornscala.
I have a pair of kg4s right now I have the opportunity to pick up a set of kg5.2(edit)s for a good price. which one is going to be better? should I just save my money and keep the kg4?
