Restoring old Klipschorn AA crossovers and need metal label tags. My old ones have faded.
If you have some extra you are willing to sell ....please let me know. Thanks, James

Nice,
I would sure like to see some of the crossover guys make pretty boxes to house their crossovers. ...................maybe with attenuators for the highs and mids with knobs on the front for easy adjustment.

Dandy Dee.....thank you for the site. Have you noticed any acoustic negatives with this grill cloth in place compared to no grill cloth? A picture of your speakers would be much appreciated.
Thanks,

Carbon Summit, were you able to contact Klipsch? Please post your experience if you did so.
Guys, anyone know if the Klipsch titanium mids will work with the new Forte 11 ALK crossovers? Are the crossover
points for the titanium mid the same as the original mid diaphram? I am interested, but want to make sure
that everything is compatable before pushing the "purchase" button.

Al,
What brand of cup should I use? Would the 8 ounce work better than a Big Gulp? Do you
know of a cat proof cup? I am thinking of painting the cups different colors and selling them for
20 bucks each. .... The ALK acoustic vibration isolation device []

I posted this under Gear @ hope but I think it may be getting lost in the shuffle
I hope that bringing this stuff would not upset the good folks at Klipsch.....last thing I
would want to do. comments?
I have a brand new set of ALK 2 inch Trachorns with B&C DCM 50 Drivers and NOS JBL
2404H tweeters. Also a new set of ALK extreme slope crossovers. If somone
could supply a K-horn bass bin we could give everyone a listen! I could bring the bass bins but
the highway patrol may be unhappy with the doors all being open as I drive down the road!
Speak up if you can help with a bass bin!

I sent out another e-mail to Vampire Wire last Tuesday, still no response. I just went ahead and ordered the two a few minutes ago. Should have them soon.

I sent an e-mail to Vampire. I will post the response. By the way, the Vampire Wire web site
is very poor.......It needs to be redone.

kg4guy,Great suggestion!
I wonder if the 50 amp with a #10 screw has a wider block? If so, we should be able
to use a standard size spade instead of the little 3/8 inch spade. The European version
looks interesting.

The spade connector you are looking for is the Vampire BAR spade or the 8 Bar. They are manufactured specifically for barrier strips. They are very well
made. Solid copper and then gold plated.....they can be crimped or soldered. The BAR is not expensive.......$7.50 for a 8 pack direct from Vampire.

Al is so old that he was the guy that was evicted from the shack that PWK rented for 10 bucks a month!

I agree.......If a critter is small with a pointed nose, black with a white stripe down its back and is under your front porch......
It might be best if the"family" is cautious this weekend.[^o)]

The Beyma TPL-150H is an AMT tweeter that uses a horn. 102db/1meter. The hot ticket on a number of forums......Number of reviews state
it is one of the best tweeters they have ever heard...........Maybe Greg can get you a loaner. Only one problem.....expensive[]
