wow, i cant for the life of me get a picture to upload. is there a problem right now? all i wanna do is post a pic of my new "65 vt-30..........which is amazing btw. anyone have one yet?
-
yes my seating is against wall. mabey thats why it sounds so good, lol. so what is the issue in this chat?
-
not sure if this helps, but when i plugged my ka-1000 amp directly into the wall outlet (as compared to a power strip) the bass from the kw's doubled. not sure why, but it sure did. also when the "boundry gain compensation" is off they hit harder. hope this helps. i have my subs about 10ft apart and they pound.

ok, it is the one im thinking of. i will go ahead and order it. thans for the input
-
the factor, where did you get that center stand? and how well does it hold the 64? thanks
-
skule, great setup. at my old part time job i used to play around with your bookshelves and i loved them. also i have the same plasma as you except the "54. question i have is why is your screen green and mine is not? my father has our tv also in a "54 and his screen is green. im curios, plus i kinda wish mine was green. am i just color blind or are the later produced vt's not green. thanks

i have personelly heard the xw-300 and was def not impressed at all. i used to own a rw-10d and ill tell you that it will stomp the xw-300 any day. imho

i am also a huge fan of panasonic plasmas, so i would assume thier projectors are good as well. i can only speak on behalf of the plasmas and i have has a 75U, S1 and now a "54 vt-25 and i will tell you that for around $1600 the "50 version of my vt-25 will be hard to beat. i love it......go get it, you wont be dissapointed. also if you are a BB shopper go get any t.v. and give it a try. you have 30 days to return it and get your full money back no q's asked. its a no brainer.

the factor, i am very jealous of your room, lol. but really great job. how much of it did you do yourself? was the room already finished?
-
nezff, i definitly feel you on the bass situation(having dual kw-120's) it is just insane with some scenes. but i personelly love it. so i think you will too.

hey evo, what model integra receiver is that and how do you like it? also how do you like placing your sub in the back compared to the front?
-
looks great evo, what size is that "monster" tv? and what kind of rear surrounds are those? must be nice to watch movies at night on that beast.
-
i like it. i think it pushes the speakers pretty good. my plan is to get an xpa-2 for the rf-83's and then move the xpa-3 for the center and rs-62's, or the center and rf-63's. i have not compared it to alot, but for the money its def a bargain for the power you get plus the look of it is sick too.
-
blu, ya there all cherry except for the subs and surrounds. i think black def would have matched more but i just love the cherry look for some reason. dont get me wrong i love the black to, i just wanted something diffrent this time. i would def go out and get a rc-64, it def boosts everything up and really fills the room when watching movies. i love mine i just find that i dont really use it to its potential alot. smokarz, what is "the right price" for a mint cherry rc-64 about 4 months old?
-
looks great, and ya those prices are pretty much what i figured. except for the rs-62's seeing as how there a month old, i would like to get like $650 but everything else you pretty much nailed on the head. great appraisal skills. are those rf-82's that you have?
-
im in mass, i have no idea what a fair price would be im hoping to get input.
-
nice setups guys.....this is the front half of mine. also i know this isnt the place to ask this, but i also know there are some very educated people in this thread. i am thinking of selling it all and starting from scratch again. so i was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of a good asking price. everything is in great condition and less than 6 months old. rf-83's, rc-64, 2 kw-120 subs, ka-1000 amp, rs-62's, rf-63's, emotiva xpa-3, integra dtr-80.1 any input would be great. keep up the good pics, i love this site.

never heard chorus's or forte's but i love cornwall's
-
nice looking system devildog, very clean and natural. love the look of the center.
-
looks good youthman, it seems you have a very similar system to mine. i too have the 83's up front with the 64 for a center. then i have the rs-62's for sides and rb-81's for rears (till i make room for the 63's) my question is how do you like the rs-52's as side surrounds and where do you sit? i am limited on position for my 62's due to a french door on the right side, so mine are positioned a bit in front of my seating position. i would rather have the directly to my right and left. do you feel it would make a diffrence? i already feel as if im not getting full potential due to room constraints, but oh well. and by the way i just picked up an emotiva xpa-3 a few weeks ago and now just ordered a xpa-2. so for anyones who's skeptical about them, i love mine it absolutly rocks. and very affordable too.

hey "jbpjr", i notice in your pictures from a while back that you have the thx system with 4 of the kw-120 subs. i was wondering how you like it with the extra bass? i am thinking of doing the same and putting one in all 4 corners of the room. either that or stacking 2 on top and having dual bass towers. let me know if you see this, thanks.

jhoak, what color are those lascalas?
-
ya for about $2200
