  1. Thanks guys Doesn't seem to be a problem with my choice so far. Except that the new Pro Logic 2 receivers from Onkyo r out and my compulsive nature wouldn't allow me to be without a new receiver another day. BTW, I also left an old set of Sony speakers to move up to Klipschland. AAAHHHHH
  2. Snooker why not look @ the synergy monitors from Klipsch. "Entry level " for Klipsch products, Kick *** for other lines. I just purchased SB-3s( 480.00/pr retail) for my initial mains. Will move the to rear in fall and maybe get into SP-1s or Legend series for mains. The SB-1s (Probably 1/2 of cost of SB-3s) would be a nice start and throw in the matching center SC-1 (250.00) as I did later . I just purchased an Onkyo TX-676 and will be hooking it all up today. Check out the Onkyo's. Good luck
  3. Afraid, Just posted to your review on 1st klipsch. read my reply . I have FurnitureWorks stands with SB-3s mounted and get many comments on how nice the look.
  4. Afraid, I too purchased SB-3 for mains a couple of months ago. Have them perched on FurnitureWorks stands. Nice look for Family room ! Then went back weeks later and picked up SC-1 center (wife commented that obsession was/is building!) Purchased Onkyo TX676 yesterday to replace antiquity of a receiver after much agonizing research. Will move the SB-3s to rear in fall and pick up towers and maybe HSU sub. Anyway I know that feeling you get when you tell people that you own Klipsch. Enjoy!
  5. Textf>Just purchased an Onkyo TX676 receiver to build my HT around. I have Klipsch SB-3 on Furniture Works International Stands as mains and SC-1 center atop Hitachi 60SX11KA Projection. Onkyo still in Box after I read several negative reviews on compatibility issue with regard to Onkyo and Klipsch. Any Imput would be appreciated.c>
