  1. I myself would go with the RF -83's ,, At $1,400. they are a steal... I got my 83's last summer, they were my dream & last & final thin g to get, They just discontinued them, I was scared I was'nt going to find a set, because the two sets I had my eye on sold within days of the news.. I found a pair on craigslist for $1,800 for a pair of cherry one's , I did prefer black,, But hey , So I drove 2 hours to to get them,, I ended up getting them for $1,600, mint condition,, This was the best thing I ever did,,, They are awesome... I run the RC-64, RS-62 & two RW-12D subs,, it's a jaw droping system,, I have tought about going to the Klipsch,, THX-Ultra setup.,, But I really just can't let this set up go.. It amaze's everyone.... SO hey go get the 83's you wont be unhappy , & you can spend the extra cash on other things of need,,,, good luck,,
  2. The KG5.5's were my second set of klipsch's and lets say they rocked the house,, pair it up with a Klipsch KSW-15 sub and man , it will blow you away,,CAUTION.. open the windows or door , or be like me thie 1st time .. I blew the gas seals in my windows from so much pressure...LOL.. Actually I sold my 5.5's to a guy at work 10 years ago , and he still has them and they are still rocking...
  3. I run the RF-82' up front & the RC-64 center & the RS-62's in the rear and it is amazing, They all blend very well , just alittle tweeking & you'll be very happy , I have mine mounted 18 inches from the celling and they sound good , to me of course,,, You won't be disapointed..
