  1. Thanks man !!! No truck will be pulling up at my house I get to go pick it up hopfully next week when it arrives at my local HT shop. I cant wait either and your wright I might not ever leave my house lol []
  2. I like it !!! Wow that was a tight squeeze []
  3. Thank you very much for the kind words : )
  4. Thanks ! LOL Good point but it can stay on the shelf because I have a center speaker stand so it will sit in front of the shelf .
  5. I considered it and thank you I think I fit that comparison now that you mentioned it []
  6. You guessed wright and thank you kind sir noted and corrected [:$]
  7. So true and I did consider a 7 for the center but it would block my display and I woudnt want to lay it on its side even though I know its just a little guy [] lol
  8. For those that havent seen them thought i'd share The RF7II in Black Ash less the Rc64II That I ordered today
  9. I will for sure and if its anything like the 7II's it will sound outstanding wright out of the box .
  10. Cant wait it should match up nice with my RF7II's hopefully my order will be here by next week . It sounds so good without a center cant wait to hear my setup with one . Was going to wait a month or so longer but couldnt wait any longer . Im pretty excited !!!! I'll post some pics to share when it arrives .
  11. I'd go with a xpa-3 and let my AVR power the surround channels .
  12. +1. Being able to set a different Xover point for each speaker is an important feature. Being able to set an individual EQ for each speaker allows you to acheive a good timbre match with different speakers. (My KV 4 matches REALLY well with the Heresies; Doing this with the EQ has helped immensely). HK is a GREAT brand. But different strokes for different folks. (Too pricey for me; even used.... Shoulda bought Rnuggets' HK a few months back). I am currently intrigued with the Pioneer Elites..... I am all good with my Onkyo. I do love this receiver. Love my Elite 94 although as mentioned above it doesnt have different crossover points for different speakers just different crossovers points for across the whole board and that is one but the only thing I dont like about it but never really needed it just would of been nice to have to experiment. I think if I were to upgrade whitch im in no hurry to i'd be looking at some of the Marantz AVR's . For me 80Hz has been the best for me and my setup but i've been trying 50Hz whitch sounds pretty good to with my 7's .
  13. I would contact 6th avenue Electronics there a authorized Klipsch dealer and run specials ,I wanted to support my local HT store so I bought mine from my local dealer .
  14. Sorry double tap and got 3 posts of the same [:$]
  15. Well just pulled the trigger on a RS64II to go with my 7II's from my local Klipsch dealer and it should be here next week sometime [] Cant wait they sound so good without a center so it will be the frosting on the cake fore sure !!!
  16. No surprisingly my Pio Eite AVR does not and I think thats why I get the best results running 80 across the board . Although im still toying between 80 and 60 they both sound really good . My subs are very accurate and musical so they do well when everything is crossed at 80 . But again I'll see when I get the RS64 how it pans out . I still cant beleive how good everything sounds without a center . But ya man pick up that BD its clean and mean I think you'll really enjoy the quality and it will let your Klipsch speakers shine !!
  17. ...Of course I am familiar with your subs and I am thinkin' running separate amplification your RF-7IIs can handle down to 50 Hz!!! So your thinking let my speakers take the load down to 50 HZ and let my subs handle below 50Hz . I've been trying both ways and it almost sounds better crossed at 80 its close I think I need to get my center speaker and do some more testing .
  18. I think I need some sleep I cant even post wright [|-)]
  19. ...Of course I am familiar with your subs and I am thinkin' running separate amplification your RF-7IIs can handle down to 50 Hz!!!
