    Klf-20

sorry, no, not 1k for all 4. That would be too easy. would like 1k for a pair, but I will listen to reasonable offers. of course shipping is a problem. I have boxes, but it's expensive. Anyone who is serious please email me. dearlv70@yahoo.com

    Klf-20

so sad. moving. KLF-20's and KLF-C7 too big. Selling. Las Vegas NV. First crack to Klipsch loyalists before auctioning. dearlv70@yahoo.com
  4. get the 3802 7 channel and multi room/ multi source. you can use 5.1 in one room and stereo in another at the same time. you never know, you may want to do it some day
  5. I had the 6's but sold them (I "gave" them away for 700 last year), and I got KLF 20's for rears. They match the KLF 20's much better than the 6's ever could. May have to sell them before I move.
  6. Horn Ed that is frigging awesome! I have 4 KLF-20's and a KLF-C7. I have an RX-V1, so what would you recommend for front effect speakers? If you're not going to pay for a Pioneer Elite bigscreen get a Mits 46809 or 55809. Forget sony, pioneer's regular stuff, panasonic, etc
  7. Yamaha or Denon? guess what? you can't really make a "wrong" choice. they are both very good. Get whichever one you want and don't torture yourself. upgrading your receiver every year is a waste of time and money. Pro Logic II? who cares... I have a Yamaha RXV1 btw. Klf20 front/rear, KlfC7....
  8. Jim and others- I beg to differ. The 900 has more features (CD/CDRW, multichannel SACD) but if you compare the video quality, there is no contest. the 9000es is far better. the video quality of the 900 is as good and your everyday $299 progressive scan players. the 9000es is the reference...
  9. shooting someone in the head is a figure of speech! I suppose... My point is that if you don't intend to buy at a store it is just not right to take up hours of someone's time. If you want to buy online, that's fine, but YOU do your research. Don't make people work for free and screw them out of their time.
  10. I work at an AV dealer. It is midsized, and the salespeople are well trained. If you just want a price, go online. If you want advice, and want to demo, come see me. If you have done your research and know what you want, but want to buy locally at a discount, tell the salesperson UP FRONT. Salespeople /managers will be more willing to meet the price if it is a relatively easy sale. If the local can come close, fine. If they can't, leave. Anyone that goes to a dealer and takes up tons of time of commisioned salespeople and then turns around and buys online should be shot in the head. It is not right to stroke experts for free advice and expertise- for which we are paid for- and not give the business. Of course if salespeople are clueless or lie, they don't deserve anything. cheers KLF20 main KLFC7 center KLF20 rears Yamaha RXV1 45" analog Mitsu not bad for an apartment
  11. Wega's are great. Great as a little bedroom TV. for your theater, go BIG. Pioneer Elite is best, but $$$. Mitsu is best for the money, easily. Forget Sony and Hitachi. Hitachi makes a very bright seet if you don;t mind putting up with repairs...
  12. get the Sony DVPS9000ES and your TV will really show you what it can do. Don't bother with any of these $299 progressive players.
  13. HornEd I'd love to see some pics of your theater! So I gather you don't think a couple more KLF-C7's would be so great? It's the only Legend "bookshelf" speaker...
  14. KLF-10's way too big for me for front fx. I was thinking SB-2, an inwall, or 2 more KLF-C7. something like RB5's are great, but don't seem to really match tonally (I have RB5's in another room). RX-V1 is great, but I have to set up front fx!
