Since 2002 Ive owned a set of 4.1's and except for issues in the first year that required replacement Ive got to say they've alway performed at or above my expectations. Aside from normal maint. issues I still believe these are the best multimedia/pc speaks available. If and when they die, I'll most likely purchase dual 2.1's and frankly consider myself fortunate. I guess that makes me that rarest of animals "a satisfied customer" cool. green

Yeah, that's a bummer godfather. I understand that you are angry. In fact about 14 months ago, after returning MY second set of Promedia's I swore never to trust these guys (Klipsch) and proceeded to GIVE (!!) away a pair and purhase Cambridge. product... Well (Long story short) Three weeks ago after a frustrating year that saw me owning three (3) different speaker systems I purchased my new set of 4.1's. I can tell you there is NOTHING that comes close to the sound. So if we have to "baby" our systems a little bit. So be it. We're all audio enthusiasts right? Its our hobby because we love it. I hope you enjoy the Logitechs and would like to hear your opinion after you've had a chance to evaluate them. But dude, never say never. There's a reason Klipsch has the reputation it enjoys. I just learned it the hard way. =) hcw
