Well I did it again. I am picking up a pair of Maple RF-7's I could not pass up on Saturday. I know the RC-7 is correct center but how would a RC-64 or RC-64II be with these? Is anybody using 64 with 7's and if so what are your thoughts. Thanks in advance Bill

Hello BorderCollie Congrats on the new stuff. I bought the same UMC-1 and UPA-7. How was the setup on the UMC pretty straight forward or painin the ***. What do you think of the UMC so far? MIne should be here next week I was kinda of courious on your initial thoughts on this.

Well I just checked my bank account and Emotiva charged for the UPA-7 so they must have shipped. I went ahead and ordered the UMC-1 . Hopefully they are here for the weekend.

If i was to order a UMC-1 would I receive a 40% discount card with that order. I just gave them my CC info for the UPA-7 order and was wondering if I would receive the discount card toward a future purchase.

I have the AVR-791 and a Harman Kardon AVR-1600 I would not buy the 791 again HK sounds better to me.

Thanks Youthman, I am trying to setup a system in bedroom. I have heard good things about the Klf-20's. I can get these fairly cheap but I am not sure if I should wait to find some RF-7's or 83's? I am fairly happy with my RF-3's but I want better for next setup.

I am thinking of buying some KLF-20's. How available are the correct center and surrounds for these?

Any thoughts on changing AVR to Yamaha RX-V3800 from my Denon AVR-791? I can buy Yamaha for 300.00

Hi, Turns out the sub is a RSW-12 not a RW-12 Still working on getting everything in order but I am pleased with everything so far. I am using both subs trying to figure out best placement. Thanks again

First off thank you to everyone. I bought the RF3 ii system for 900.00 They offered to deliver to house so I felt I would spend the extra 100.00. I love the system played with settings a little then off to Chicago to see parents for Christmas. Can't wait to fly home to really tune system. I have the sw-450 that I bought previously don't really know should I hook up and run two subs or sell . I guess I will experiment when I get home and see. speakers sound great with just the one sub. Thanks again I am sure i will have more questions when i really have time to play. Merry Christmas to all for the great advice

First off thanks to everyone for all the input. I have to make a decision I also found 2-RF3, 2-RS42, 1-RC3, 1 KSW-12 and 2 SF-2 for $800.00 2-RF3ii, 2 RS3ii 1 RC3 and 1 RW 12 for $900.00 My question is there much difference ? I will have to drive 3 hours for either set.

I would go listen at stores problem being only dealers are best buy and hhgregg and they do not have a big selection, I want to buy used not sure which speakers to stay away from. Thanks

Hello I have looked on craigslist (i live in Charlotte) thats some of the confusion as to go used or new as far as the other questions my family room is about 18x20 open to wall to kitchen on 1 side making overall 18 x 30.
