    Bluetooth

Actually, it depends on what kind of Bluetooth you have. We waited to release our Image ONE Bluetooth headphones until the Bluetooth audio technology had matured. We essentially use the latest and greatest Hi-Fi Bluetooth (A2DP + aptX®) for lossless audio quality. Image ONE (II) will be bassier than the Reference ONE sound signature.
  2. Just fyi, there are absolutely ZERO headphones out there that are "waterproof". No sound would come out if they were haha. But the S4i Ruggeds should be just fine for a sweaty workout. I actually use the S4As when I workout (and I sweat quite a bit) and I haven't had any issues. You may also want to consider the A5i Sport: click here For North Americans, our headphones have a 2 year warranty, so you can also buy with confidence!
  3. I think the problem will go away...But did you buy from an authorized dealer?
  4. Yup, clarity and plenty of bass. The X10i will have a punchier bass than the X7i and an aluminum design. It's really a matter of personal taste between the two headphones. The ceramic design of the X7i is jewel-like but the X10i is super sleek. The X7i, sound-wise, is geared towards those who want a very neutral and accurate response. The X10i is obviously accurate as well but has a punchier bass.

No firm plans for an Reference ONE Bluetooth...Are you interested in the Reference ONE styling?
  6. The Image ONE II will be bassier than your Reference ONEs. The flat cups of the Image ONE II are a little bit better regarding noise isolation and comfort. The flat cables of the Image ONE II are also an advantage. Mic has been improved as well. Thank you for the kind words!
  7. There is no volume control with the S4A II....S4A II should have the functions listed in my original post with the Lumia.
  8. We never saw an email from you delivered to feedback@klipsch.com Could you please send again?
  9. Where are you located? You should contact customer support ASAP. 800-KLIPSCH if in the US.
  10. Honestly, that sounds like a problem with your iPhone 5. I wuold try with different headphones, particularly one that also has a three button remote.
  11. As long as they are shipped and sold by Amazon, you should be OK!
  12. It's not an excuse, it's simply the nature of an open operating system platform. We have to buy each of these Android phones to verify compatibility. Our headphones product manager is buying a Razr Maxx this weekend to see if there's anything they can do.
  13. Klipsch / I am always on head-fi (username is Alex L) and know that this segment exists and its influence...but ya, sales are sales. Wouldn't rule anything out but that's the fact of the matter. Btw, you should be happy we discontinued the X10 because you are getting them for cheap on Amazon! haha Thank you very much for the kind words!
  14. Disagree in your wild assumption that audiophiles have some sort of hate for iOS devices.
  15. The X10i sounds exactly like the X10. We are simply adding features to the X10. Adding features without sacrificing quality shouldn't be a bad thing. I am surprised you feel so strongly against iOS products. You have to consider how the majority of people listen to music...its via their mobile device which is usually an iPhone or Android in most cases. The remote/mic add significant functionality to those devices. The days of people listening to dedicated music devices is pretty much over. When we discontinue something, we do it for a reason. This group of people you are referring to as "audiophiles" who automatically dismiss an product that has iOS compatibility is an absolutely tiny/minuscule number of people. In reality, that's not really the case. Plenty of audiophiles use and LOVE their iOS devices. The fact that X10 was discontinued allowed a lot of consumers to pick up the X10 from Amazon on an extraordinary discount. It has been discontinued for quite some time and the fact that it had to be offered at such a low price should tell you something. That being said, we do take our customer's feedback into account, so thank you very much for your message. Maybe we will offer the X10 sans remote again in the future. We do offer the S4 sans remote as you may have noticed.

    X10 vs s4

Not sure what threads you are referring to, but, give it time, you will enjoy the X10s immensely.
  17. Well, certain after-market tips won't even fit on our headphones. You have to be careful. We have a very good relationship with Comply Foam (http://www.complyfoam.com/) and they make some great tips for all of our in-ear headphones. It is totally acceptable to use these. We put A LOT of research behind the shape, size, materials of our in-ear tips and we believe they will provide the best isolation and quality for our in-ear headphones. We do acknowledge that everyone's ear tips are different. That's why we offer a variety of tips with our products...but we know that a select few will not like any of our tips and go with Comply Foam. Everyone's ears are different. That's the reality of the situation.
  18. Please send an email to feedback@klipsch.com (this is the email for an escalated level of customer service), detailing everything and any receipts you may have.

Glad, you found a successful position!

    x7i problems

What headphones are you coming from? These headphones are designed to be less bassy and thus more neutral & accurate compared to our other models like the S4i.
  21. So, just to be clear, your place of purchase is not responding?
  22. I use a HTC Windows Phone 8x as my personal device.... S4A (II) One click: Play/pause, pick up/end call Double click: next track Triple click: previous track Hold: Voice S4i (II) One click: Play/pause Double Click: Next Track Triple click: previous track Hold: Voice Volume Control buttons do not work

    x7i problems

Give us a call at 800-KLIPSCH and we may be able to hook you up with some medium double flange tips. Regarding the other stuff, you just may not have the ears that fit best with our tips...You could try Comply Foam tips: www.complyfoam.com
  24. \ Gotcha. The S4i Ruggeds work well too. No around the ear design but they are moisture resistant and durable.
  25. Do you have any other three button remote headphones you could try? If this don't work either, than obviously its an issue with your iPhone....If you don't, call 800-KLIPSCH or email support@klipsch (if you are in the US) and we will take care of things.
