RIP...very sad. He was/is one of my favorites. Time to pay tribute by spinning a few of his tunes.

You're a great person for giving this dog a fighting chance.

Hey congrats! Let us know your impressions as you put them through their paces.
I'm convinced that part of the reason they rarely change hands is because those that have them wouldn't give them up for much of anything.

Either time to cut down on the drinking...or to pour another. I'm not sure which one.

Don't bother bi-wiring...it won't make any real difference.

Those will be out there a while...a looooong while.

Since they're apparently identical, grab the cheaper ones!
Exactly. Same speaker...get the best deal.

Without knowing the used market in Canada...some general advice.
If you want to keep your RC25, then you'll probably want to look for some RF25 fronts...if you can find them.
The rf82 that you mentioned would be a solid option and its matching center is the RC62.
There are lots of other great options out there depending what you can find used. Some of the larger KG, KLF, CF, and other RF speakers would be good places to start.
As you see what's out there, let us know what you're finding and we can give you more advice. There are also several members from Canada that might provide some better market advice. Good luck!

That is pretty right there. Nice work metro.

First off, welcome to the forum.
A few questions so that we can better help you spend your money!
What's your budget?
How big is your room?
Movies, music, games...what will they be used for?
Open to used or strictly new?
Location?
Which model klipsch center channel do you have?
Any non-budgetary constraints (size, color, wife acceptance, etc)?
Sorry for the litany but the answers will help us to help you find what you need.

Since it notes that Luke "knows" Rey...I'm a little afraid they're going down the Luke-is-your-father road with her. I hope that's not the case.

I'm looking to get a set of Cf4's V2 next week, they are pretty rough cosmetically but if they sound good I can get the cabinets refinished. Sorry I just thread crapped I'll wait until I'm an owner to post anymore
Congrats...hope you enjoy them. Let us know your impressions once you get em.

Love my CF-3s...still my favorite speaker that I've owned.
-
RIP...thoughts and prayers for his family.

Thought this was interesting...fills in some of the blanks that we've been speculating about.
-
While the KV3 is a fine center, JiminSTL and Frzninvt hit the nail on the head...it was not built for the KG series. It was built for the Epic CF-2. The KG 2.2V is the center built to match your fronts.
Some may disagree but timbre matching makes a difference...one that you can and most likely will notice. The 2.2V will give you a seamless front stage...the KV-3 may get you 80-90% there...but it won't be seamless.

They pop up once in a while on eBay. Might have to be patient and wait...

Yes as there's no way for it to recognize without the camera. Kinect & the PS camera are to play using motion control rather than controllers. Obviously they can be used in other ways, but that was the primary intent...they were meant to compete with the Wii motion controls.During the set up I saw stuff about "face recognition for log in, I am guessing this is only if you have bought camera option?

So the PS4 has a built in camera?
No. It has a separate camera, similar to the Kinect, that you can purchase and pair. It does not have anything built in though.

Merry Christmas all!
