We attempted a fair amount of engineering with this room - including double, double doors. They help a lot for noise redux. I have a link I should add these to - I'll paste a link later. It's fun to see other people's set ups! Thanks for the thread!

Here's a couple of phone pics recently. The double wood doors are done. Still some accents, acoustic panels and movie posters to go. It's been fun!

Ha! This is the yin to our (OMG it's 85 degrees in July - weeping and gnashing of teeth in the streets because we can't get cool) yang. We'll have snow in the forecast and people say "finally!" I'm pretty sure something bad happens to our brains after a while up here! BUT - We're gaining 3min/day of daylight and 5 min/day by the end of the month! Woo Hoo!

if you look to the right, I'd just like to point out that we evaded this outbreak of listeria, which is great considering out geographical proximity to the activity! Here in far pacific southwest, it's -2 and calm. Merry Christmas to all ice cream consumers and abstainers!
And just to goad the Texans that care, here's a quick reminder that if you cut Alaska in half, Texas would be the third largest state.
