With Lee Remick...Meeeooow! Yes, last year. But that works for me. Say 10 past the hour?

We can always shift over to RTM to keep coloring between the lines, I agree though, Paul wouldn't mind.

I know you have your Moms Hatari lp. We sync played it about 5 years ago... You up for one more?

Thanks! The ON AIR is LED, and would be a perfect fit in radio.

My vibe shot of the music room as side two spins...

Nice pic!

If you run across any of the original Mancini RCA Victor records, pick them up. You won't be disappointed. And they are reasonably priced. Not much interest in that type of music, but they are gems. I have them all and each one sounds fantastic. I also have a few of the tapes. Good stuff!

There's the Hammond

Gary, I know these old RCA records sonically are as good as any recording out there. Amazing Sound Staging. One of the main reason I am such a fan of early original RCA Victor records and tapes!

That's not a Hammond B3 in the opening track is it?

Rolling!

Gary, We have sync played that, but I'm all in for doing it again. You know I'm a both a Mancini fan and RCA Victor fan. Cool that you have an original release! Let's sink play it at 15 past the hour. Will that work?

This next spin is an original Red Seal Label, RCA Victor, "Living Stereo" Record of Rimsky-Korsakoff, Scheherazade, Op. 35. Conducted by Fritz Reiner and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. 1960. A phenomenally well recorded lp.

On to side two...

Good Sunday evening everyone. So glad I'm able to spin a record or two tonight. I really like these Reference Recording LP's. Particularly when Professor Johnson is the recording engineer. Exotic Dances from the Opera Eiji Oue conducting the Minnesota Orchestra

So very true George. Thanks for putting some perspective on the reality of our times. Cheers

The Willie Nelson record mentioned in my post above. Perfect for a Sunday morning, and still sounding phenomenal... Willie Neslon - It Always will be.

No worries Gary. You provided your honest opinion based upon the results of your own comparison test. Ultimately, It's all good, and all completely subjective, depending each individuals, preferences. That's why there is a wide market of products out there. I'll share an experience I had a little over 15 years ago. I have been a Klipsch guy since my late teens. Case closed. I love Klipsch "Heritage" loudspeakers. To me nothing had sounds better. I started out with Heresy's, than Cornwalls, LaScala's, and eventually Klipschorns. About 15 years ago, I decided to go to a high end stereo shop to see where audio technology had advanced in the new digital age. In short, he took me into his main listening room, where he had a million dollar+ stereo set up. I remember these massive Focal speakers, gold interconnect cables, speaker wires that looked like high voltage power lines. Anyway, he put on an lp, because I was primarily an analog guy. Willie Nelson, an album I had. Let me say it sounded incredible. This room had all the treatments, and Willy was right there. It was impressive. Upon returning home, I immediately played the same lp on my humble tube system, with at the time, my LaScala's, and it sounded phenomenal. I was so overjoyed. I didn't need to upgrade anything. What I took away from that experience was that, Klipsch and Dynaco's are awesome, for me. Focal and million dollar components are awesome, for someone who can shop in that market. What it all boils down to, as the Japanese say, maintaining your wa, or harmony. Cheers
