  1. I stream Netflix from my Sony BDP or Samsung TV. My Denon AVR is doing the decoding in 5.1 DD+. I use Vudu for new releases. I think the video is much better than Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. I don't run an optical and use just one HDMI from TV to the Denon. ARC channel. Vudu is obviously not as good as bluray discs but the video is very close but the audio does lack and I usually have to run at -5 to reference on the volume. Blurays I run the volume at -10 and that is quite loud for me.

  2. I'm selling my black RC62II for 375.00 includes shipping. Only 6 months old and in like brand new condition. Original box, manuals, leg, rubber feet. Double boxed so she arrives safely to her new home. Paypal.

  3. Hey nothing wrong with that. By then new stuff will be out and you should be able to get em for cheaper. Or maybe you'll stumble on a Youthman deal and snag a pair for like 400$ lol

Lol yea Youthmans deal was an example of Miracles Do Happen

  4. Looks good man! Glad you like it. When's the 7's happening?

As much as I'd like the 7's to happen asap. I'm afraid I've over extended my upgrading for a good while. I'm hoping this time next year. Unless I win the lottery :)

  5. New 64 arrived this morning. Oh how I love the smell of new speakers especially this one because of the real wood. Cosmetically its beautiful. Its shinier than the vinyl wrapped speakers. Looks very high end. It sounds just fine with my RF62II's. Its more full sounding and detailing is much better I'm assuming because of the bigger tweeter. It really outshines the 62 when you step on the gas. This thing is screaming for an external amp but I am very happy with how it sounds at reference level with my Denon. Once I get the 7's I might as well get a nice 3 or 5 channel amp to do it right. First thing my wife said when she came home from work " It looks like a soundbar on steroids!! " Yes indeed hunny yes indeed. :D

  6. Well another piece added to get me where I want to go. I ordered up the RC64II today. It will be matched with my RF62II's until I take the plunge on the RF7II's next year. I'm getting mixed responses if the 64 will play well with my 62's seeing as the tweeter is 1.75in compared to the 1in in the rest of my setup. Please feel free to express your opinions if they will play well together until I upgrade my fronts to the 7II's. I will report back my experience after it arrives early next week. Thank you.

  7. Seeing as we don't have a Subwoofer section anymore I figured I'd post here. ;) Just thought I'd post some pics of my new SVS SB13 Ultra. Really enjoy what it's done to my overall system seeing as I had a Klipsch RW12D before this. The Ultra blends beautiful with my references and really can't tell I even have one until its called upon. Its so smooth and detailed at reference levels. I can't believe all the sounds I was missing out on all this time. Overall the reviews are all true this is one beast of a sub for such a small footprint. I am planning on getting one more down the road to even out the room. My room is only 1900 cubic ft and one does a fine job but ya know what they say about having two subs.
