  1. Selling my Cherry RB75s if anyone is interested. They are in decent condition. A few scratches but overall very nice. Drivers have no wrinkles and speaker covers are in very good condition as well. I'm located in Eau Claire, Wi. I'm not interested in shipping as it would cost at least a hundred to ship because unfortunately I don't have the original boxes. I'm asking 700.00. Pictures coming soon.

I'd love to :).  I know it's kind of an odd request given that we don't know each other, but I have yet to find any other local members of this forum since I moved to MN 18 months ago.  And to find someone who has a couple nice theater setups...well that's just what I'm hoping to experience before I make any decisions :)

I had the wonderful opportunity of getting a demo of Ryans system when I drove over to pick up the 7II's I bought from him. The trio of 904s and three big ported SVS was nothing short of audio bliss. Thank you again Ryan and hope everything is going well for you.

  3. The 1.75 compression driver is what makes the 75's sing. By far the best bookshelf I've heard from the reference series. I'd like to compare the P17's to these but doubt that will ever happen.

  4. All this talk about the 396's has my attention. Their considered surround speakers in the pro line which makes me lol. One hell of a surround speaker ehh. I wish I could hear them and make me own judgement but knowing they have the 3" compression driver is the cats meow. The compression driver is truly the key on the high end and we all know the bigger they are the smoother they sound.

Is it being shipped?  If so, I had one shipped one time and asked the seller if he would pack the woofers separately since they have plastic baffles and if / when it is dropped, the magnet breaks off and you end up with the magnet beating the speaker up from the inside.  The seller agreed and I still ended up with a damaged speaker.  I think the crossover broke loose and we had to order a new one from Klipsch parts.

Yes I remember reading that story. He's having Fedex pack them and insurance. I had my 75's packed and shipped coming from Denver. Arrived in perfect condition. Think positive Youthman!! Don't stress me out lol.

    Nice coleman!  Congrats.

Not as good a deal as Davis got last week but I'm pretty happy and I'm not driving 600 miles to pick it up either.
